Globalement l'appartement était propre (excepté la terrasse et son mobilier) et fonctionnel puis très bien équipé (juste 2 plaques chauffantes sur 4 de fonctionnelles). Nous sommes arrivés début juillet. L'appartement se situe au deuxième étage en bordure de rivière et à cette période elle est encore très active. Par conséquent il n'était pas possible de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, ni d'ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres sous les toits (compliqué sous fortes chaleurs). Cependant il est bien insonorisé lorsque toutes les fenêtres sont fermées. L'appartement est localisé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, en hauteur de la rive gauche du gave et nécessite donc un certains effort d'accès. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un super séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis.
