We love the country and the people here in Mletak. Since many years we were travelling to Croatia.

Why they chose this property

Sea view is incredibly beautiful. Nearly 270 degrees sea view and in the background the "Velebit" mountains. You can walk to the beach with cristall clear water. There is also a sandy beach which you can reach with a small march. In Mletak, you will also find mini supermarket. Also visit "Best destination 2016" Zadar, which is famous for night live and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Many sights in the periphery and Zadar as a small Metropole. This is fantastic for every taste...

Note: As Mletak is a nice and very small village, you will find there many natives who are very friendly. They grow their own vegetables and fruits and they have hens.
