The yard, fully fenced by grove and stone, features a beautiful, heated pool (35m2) surrounded by 8 sun loungers. The offer of the house includes a children's playground for the youngest guests, an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna for your maximum comfort. Private parking under video surveillance for three cars is also included in the luxurious offer of the villa.
