Welcome to your 1200 sq/ft loft space in the middle of Manhattan. The building features an art deco, floor to ceiling marble entry, crown moldings and stunning hardwood floors.
The apartment is filled with vintage designer furniture and is the perfect oasis for anybody who wants the bustle of the city on their doorstep.
Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and bars are all quite literally outside of your front door.
Madison Square Park is a 3 minute walk and subway lines N, Q, R, W, F, B, D & M are all just minutes away. It's a truly incredible location. You can be downtown in Soho within 10 minutes, over in Williamsburg in 20 or Central Park in 15!
The kitchen is immaculate and comes filled with all cooking utensils, Miele appliances, washing machine and blender.
The Wifi is fast.
Strong clean shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
