G & J Paradise! Charming home in peaceful Holiday Beach, bring the boat!

G & J Paradise is your new beach retreat! Located in Holiday Beach, this charming two story home has soft seaside decor, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Downstairs is the living area that leads to the open kitchen and dining area. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook up a meal. The dining table has seating for four. The half bath is also on the first floor, along with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed with a television, the second has a twin over full bunkbed and also a smart TV. The two bedrooms share the full bathroom. Here you will find his and hers sinks, along with a huge jetted tub/shower combination perfect for relaxing in after a long day of fishing. From the dining room, cross the breezeway and enter the third bedroom with a twin over full futon. The third bathroom is here as well. This is a great spot for the kiddos to gather and play. The extra large lot allows for plenty of parking, and room for the kids to play. Sit out on the front porch with a cool beverage and enjoy the evening breeze. Grill the days catch on the back patio on the propane grill. G & J Paradise is so relaxing, you'll want to return again and again! Streaming TV only.

Nice house! Multiple issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little house on Holiday beach. Close to Goose Island and Rockport. Nice backyard for guests. However, as we arrived the grass was not cut, the house was not cleaned (roaches in corner), tree branches hanging low, and one of the bathrooms did not work (this issue was never resolved).Then out of the remaining two bathrooms, one toilet wasn’t working properly which caused the septic to overflow. So we had to turn the water on and off each time we used the bathroom. I would stay here again BUT I’d confirm the owners are prepared for our arrival and all promised amenities work. The property management team was nice. They worked with us to help resolve some issues during our stay. Only concern is they can be hard to get ahold of.
