Beautiful, well maintained townhouse style condo. 2 bedroom and 2 bath poolside at the Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club. Everything is first class, clean & in order. Spacious living room, dining, bathroom & bedroom on ground floor along with fully equipped kitchen. Deck has bbq to grill your fresh fish & you are only a few steps away from the pool to cool down after fishing. Lower level has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Upstairs has a beautiful king size bed and private full bath.
The 750' pier has lights and a cleaning station for the fish you catch. The water is just a short walk away, through the beautiful Oak Trees. Sit under the canopy of trees and enjoy the view and breeze of Aransas Bay. Boat slip and parking available at no charge. Our location is a 7 minute drive from Blue Wave Beach and Rockport's Historic Heritage District, with art galleries, shopping and fine dining. Rockport known as the "The Charm of the Texas Coast", is renowned for fishing, water recreation, arts and year round festivals.
