Exactly what the pictures show!

The location could not have been more perfect, plenty of places to walk to for enjoying Providence. Having an off street parking spot was excellent as well. We love to walk and it was easy to do, even into downtown. Best part was how clean the property was. You won't be disappointed.

RI getaway.

The location was great. Right off of Route 95. Walkable to Federal Hill restaurants and shops. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were nice. There could have been a couple more drinking glasses. The livingroom furniture was very uncomfortable. The wooden chair had a ridge that the pillow did not prevent from digging into the rear thigh. The Wooden couch has a very thin pillow on top of a piece of plywood that creeks and moves when you sit on it, and the corner is broken. We are in our early sixties and would have appreciated a recliner or ottoman to elevate legs, after being on our feet all day. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The ice maker is broken so you need to buy ice or bring an ice cube tray. There was really nice shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soap in the bathroom, which was really appreciated. We had to take up the scatter rugs due to slipperiness and trip hazard. If the livingroom furniture was improved we would stay again. The host was very attentive during the check in process.

As a couple we enjoyed the easy access to eateries for breakfast and dinner. Great location to wander on foot and also as home base for excursions to Newport.

This one bedroom apartment is in a wonderful location, easy walking to most parts of the city. Lots of restaurants, bars, and just a few blocks from little Italy.

Wonderful apt-Great location!

Such a perfect apartment for me-within walking distance to downtown-dozens of spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream & spa treatments. Clean-great heat & air -fabulous stove, fridge, shower -had access to the common garden with lovely table. Federal Hill was like Brooklyn-all around fabulous stay!
