We had our evening and half of the next day taken up by being cold, uncomfortable, and waiting on maintenance. The Mysa thermostats were being controlled remotely leaving us unable to adjust it and cold. The pellet stove was not working even after the suggested reset by the host (we tried 3 times the first evening). One upstairs bed was too small, the other was v shaped and we rolled into one another. The downstairs king bed caved in on us due to a broken frame and boxspring. My husband had to fix it so we could sleep. We slept uncomfortably. We also kept waking up to turn up the thermostat that continued to go down to 55. Maintenance came the next morning; It took our whole morning. The host was quick to respond. Maintenance (Mark) was quick and professional. However, for our honeymoon..i would rather have my day back than the money, especially for such an important trip. First impressions are everything.
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the Catskills to escape the city and had the best time. The house was clean and just as advertised with a well stocked kitchen. We had easy access to beautiful hikes then very much enjoyed our time in the hot tub! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.
Very nice place. Some things need to be updated dishwasher did not work. Notified office on Friday night. They said someone would come out Saturday afternoon. No one ever repaired the dishwasher. A little frustrating because it was full of dirty dishes from Friday night. Hot tub had very little water. Outdoor cushions looks worn. But you
Nice getaway, although it was very warm and stuffy at night due to no AC. Would suggest a fan be provided for the main floor. Other than that the location is very nice, quiet and private. It's 23 minutes to Resorts world casino and there's plenty of places to grab a bite in town. Mr. Clark always answered our inquiries right away and the home was well stocked. We had a pleasant experience.
