This comfortably furnished 90m2 rental floor is located in the warm vineyard location of Villach on a plateau with an unobstructed view of the Karawanken and the Mittagskogel. The private apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a spacious living room with an open fireplace, access to the 34m2 south-facing terrace and the 800m2 garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The dining area integrated in the living room is connected with a hatch to the daylight kitchen. This is equipped with all devices. The 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people can be walked separately. A bath with window and a separate toilet complete the attractive offer. In the house there is also a sauna with a relaxation room and a laundry room with washer-dryer. A garage space can also be used.

The modern Carinthia thermal baths with 2 outdoor pools and a tennis, riding and golf club are just a few minutes' walk away. In addition, the residential area borders the forest and you can go jogging or hiking in nature, or in the "Maibachl". This is a world natural heritage, where, due to thermal sources during the snow melt or after a lot of rain, a pleasantly warm stream emerges, which is dammed up into a pool.

Despite the quiet location, you can quickly get to the center of Villach with its beautiful historic old town by bus, car or on foot. It only takes a few minutes to the “Atrio”, a new, very modern shopping center.

The well-known and popular lakes (Wörthersee, Ossiachersee, Faakersee) can be reached in a short drive. Due to the attractive location of the house, day trips to Italy and Slovenia can be undertaken.
This area also has a lot to offer for winter sports.
The Gerlitzen is, for example, a well-known and popular ski area with all levels of difficulty for enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders.

Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung. Allerdings ist das Bad dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt keine Halterung an der man sich nach dem Wannenbad festhalten kann -und das ist eine tägliche Gefahrenquelle. Armaturen alt und ungepflegt. Die Matratzen sind erste Sahne, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ausser dem Bad alles i.O.

Alles war sehr schön, insbesondere den Blick von der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Nettes Haus mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Tolle Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten unkompliziert zu wandern oder auch nur spazieren zu gehen

Schnuckeliges Zuhause

Wir hatten schöne Tage über Karneval. Hinzu kam außerordentlich schönes Wetter und da das Haus schön hell ist, konnte auch dort die Sonne wirken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. - Hätten wir kochen müssen, - allerdings ist die Gastronomie vor Ort dafür zu lecker - es wäre alles vor Ort gewesen. Es ist sauber und man kann sich wie zuhause fühlen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, auch unser Kleiner (7) hatte Spaß, da sogar Plüschtiere auf ihn warteten und sein geliebtes UNO ;-) Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist schön, es wirkt alles sehr gemütlich. Von dort aus sind wir überall hin gekommen. Auch der Bahnhof, - Züge hört man allerdings nicht - hätte gut angesteuert werden können. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Große geräumig Wohnung mit Abstriche

Schöne große geräumige Wohnung, Betten und Matratzen sind neu und Schlafen sich sehr gut. Die Einbauschränke sind leider nicht zu gebrauchen und riechen sehr muffig. Wer eine vollwertige Küche zum selbst versorgen sucht ist hier nicht gut beraten, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Schneebesen, Messbecher oder ähnliches fehlen und wurden teilweise durch uns besorgt. Essbereich und Wohnstube sind sehr geräumig und ausreichend für 4 Personen. Auch die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen am Morgen/Abend ein, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die innenliegende Toilette und Ihr Lüfter, welche gerade in der Nacht sehr laut ist, ist verbesserungswürdig, das Bad ist modern und ausreichend. Leider müssen wir sagen das die 80 Euro Endreinigung mehr als überzogen sind, das Bad war gar nicht geputzt und der Rest der Wohnung bedarf mal einer Grundreinigung. Allem in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub aber für uns der letzte in diesem Domizil
