The modern, 87m² apartment is located on the south shore of the Wörthersee, only 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Velden, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the Casino Velden. Enjoy the view over the azure waters of the lake and the view of the Gerlitzen ski area. The apartment is divided into living-dining room with integrated kitchen (fully equipped), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc., dining table with 6 chairs, 55 "flat screen TV, office corner with desk, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 extra bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, WC, 10m² balcony with lake view, 42m² terrace with lake view.

Experience the Wörthersee up close! Direct lake access (about 150m), sun loungers, sanitary facilities are available for free. On the jetty there is a beach cafe, where you can enjoy cool drinks, snacks or ice cream.
Free Wörthersee Plus Card (div. reductions)

On request: home delivery of fresh bread, pastries and pastries (Mon-Sat, except public holidays from May to September) possible.
A filled wine cabinet, Nespresso coffee capsules, cereals and homemade jams are available for a charge.
