Ground level apartment with large terrace overlooking the golf course and the lake. Ideal for communal outdoor dining. With very well maintained furnishings and air conditioning in the living room.

The Hacienda Riquelme 18-hole golf course was designed by Nicklaus and is currently the longest and most technical course on the trail at 6,416 yards. Built in the 19th century in colonial style, the hacienda was once owned by the Riquelme family and houses the clubhouse. Within the resort are all amenities including a supermarket, bar, restaurant, ice cream parlor, sports fields and golf store.

Shame about the cleaner.

Let down by cleaner, didn't deliver second set of bedding as promised and still owes us 25 Euros. Property does not have a swimming pool in front of it as per photo. Apart from that property perfectly adequate, nice location and private parking.

My stay

The property was clean. Although, both myself and husband were constantly sneezing, itchy throat and runny noise. The atmosphere was great for relaxing. The bedding and towels were of poor quality. The double bed needs changing because it is squeaky. The first 2 nights was very cold because we were not shown or told where or how to put on the heating. It is for middle aged people who needs time to rest and relax.

dirty bedding

Badly stained mattress,protector,duvet and pillows,had to go and buy new duvet and pillows before we could fit our own bed linen.Toilet seat loose,wash hand-basin would not hold water because pop-up wash seal was missing,not curtains to windows or doors just thin nets so we had no privacy when dark evenings and mornings.Pictures of apartment not as presented and some items not available,in general the owner needs to keep up with maintenance.

Im allgemeinen war es wie in der Beschreibung, allerdings würde ich den Pool nicht so in den Vordergrund stellen. Es ist in Mitbenutzung der anderen 19 Pool des Areals aber leider kein direkt vor dem Haus. Eine Kaffemaschine wäre gut gewesen. Wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag
