Welcome to our charming vintage Condo located next to the Convention Center in the heart of Seattle! This Condo combines modern comforts with historical character. If you’re looking for a unique experience in Seattle and appreciate the charm of older buildings, this is the perfect spot for you.
An ideal home base for business travelers and leisure visitors alike, this 12th-floor condo sits at the meeting point of Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle within walking distance to the Convention Center, easy access to I-5, Swedish Hospital, and countless restaurants, boutiques, and theaters. The condo itself is bright and comfortable, with east-facing city views and contemporary furnishings. There's a convenient desk workspace as you walk through the front door, as well as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a pass-through window to the living room. You can watch Netflix as you cook, or wait to kick back on the sofa after serving dinner at the dining room table for four. Additional amenities include free WiFi, another desk workspace in the bedroom, a game room in the building (available upon request to the concierge), and a shared roof deck with views of downtown, Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and the Fourth of July fireworks.
Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!
