Built in 1900 this cottage retains much of it's original charm. This traditional home has both formal living and dining rooms. Furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed, it is comfortable for four people. Off-street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the basement. A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. (inquire about availablity and rates for this separate studio apt).

Located in the Central Area of Seattle, this house is 10 minutes to Seattle's Capitol Hill, Madrona and Madison Park neighborhoods and Downtown Seattle. Public transportation is 1 block away which makes it convenient to all that Seattle has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Cindy and Jose. Their place is located in a quiet neighborhood with both Safeway and Trader Joe's within easy walking distance, and bus routes to downtown are just nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and dishes we needed. Visiting in May was a real treat, as we got to enjoy Seattle’s beautiful blooming flowers.

5 stars across the board. Cute historic house in a good spot, great for the and near our people on Cap Hill. Great comms from owners. 1 note only (cause I’m kinda old and getting the oopsies). The single bath has a historic footed freestanding tub. Pretty high and with full shower curtain surround there’s no where to grab anything for stability. Not complaining - just an observation if you need to hold on to something washing your feet or moving around if you’re less stable on your feet than in younger years. #oldpeople. Thanks again.

Cindy and Jose are the sweetest! They left us Valentine's treats on each bed and the couch. They were so kind to change out the feather pillows and comforter in one bedroom for one of the three visitors who has allergies. They had snacks and coffee waiting for us. The house was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We are so grateful to have a sibling weekend in such a beautiful space. Thank you!!

It was easy to access lots to do in the downtown area. Very glad we had a parking spot on site. Evan thought it was kind of hard on the car going in and out of the driveway! We enjoyed the area including a picnic in the back yard. Thanks.
