Built in 1900 this cottage retains much of it's original charm. This traditional home has both formal living and dining rooms. Furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed, it is comfortable for four people. Off-street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the basement. A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. (inquire about availablity and rates for this separate studio apt).
Located in the Central Area of Seattle, this house is 10 minutes to Seattle's Capitol Hill, Madrona and Madison Park neighborhoods and Downtown Seattle.
