We also understand the frustration with the delayed follow-up. A call placed at 4:45 PM is near the end of the business day, but we agree the concern still should have been properly followed through after contact was made. Regarding supplies, our vacation rentals are stocked with a starter supply intended to get guests through arrival, not a full stay. This typically includes items such as an initial roll of toilet paper, a trash liner, and limited basic supplies. Guests should plan to purchase additional paper products, trash bags, dishwasher supplies, sponges, and other personal or kitchen-use items as needed during their stay.
