About this property

's Lois - beautiful apartment in the beautiful Kaunertal for 2-4 p. with terrace, balcony, garage

The attractive apartment for 2 - 4 people is on the first floor of our house in the beautiful Kaunertal. It has a cozy kitchen with table, bench and chairs and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. From the kitchen you enter the living room, which has a corner sofa that can be pulled out into a comfortable sleeping area (140 x 200), as well as a TV set. From the living room you can access the balcony, from which you can have a wonderful view of the village of Feichten and the valley. There is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a small bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200). Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and window. Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us.
Parking is in front of the house, in consultation you can also use our garage free of charge. (for "normal" cars)
Free fast fiber WiFi / WIFI
Dog by arrangement. We charge a total of € 20 for a dog for the increased cleaning effort.

Check-out at 10 a.m. Check-in from 4 p.m.
There are two other apartments in the house.
The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant etc. is only 150m away. In winter (October to the end of May) our guests have exclusive FREE entry to the Quellalpin swimming pool & fitness, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount on the swimming pool. (The Quellalpin is from May 22, 20 to June 10, 20 wg .. Revision work closed)
Free ski bus to our beautiful, snow-sure glacier area (about 30 minutes to the slopes). Skiing is usually possible there until the end of May, the ski area is never overcrowded, there are no long lines at the lifts. To Serfaus / Fiss you need about 30 minutes by car.
The 25 km long cross-country ski run Kaunertal starts right in front of our house. The natural toboggan run is only a few meters away. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who love solitude and an almost untouched mountain world far away from the trade fair tourism.
In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is easy to reach on foot. In the basement of the house you will find a ski room for your equipment with a ski boot dryer.
For a dog (by arrangement) we charge € 20 per stay.

The best stay of our trip!

We stayed here during our 2 week trip around Europe and this was definitely our favourite spot. The apartment was easy to find, great location with easy parking. Lots to do in the area despite us visiting out of season, and loved the recommendations from the host, (hiking to Gallruthalm). Thanks again Siegfried for being such a friendly & helpful host!

Urlaub in Kaunertal

wir haben diese Woche in Feichten sehr genossen, die Wohnung war fabelhaft, das Wetter war sehr sonnig und als Nicht-skiläufer sehr erholsam. In diesem Ort wurde auch an die Winterwanderer gedacht, hat man sehr selten in Wintersportgebieten.Vielen lieben Dank auch an den aufmerksamen, hilfsbereiten und netten Herrn Hafele, wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Eine sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtete FeWo, bei der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir fanden es sehr schade, als wir wieder abreisen mussten. Auch unsere Kinder (8 und 10 Jahre alt) waren sehr begeistert.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Für eine 4-köpfige Familie ist diese Wohnung optimal. Sie ist top eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Schwimmbad (keine extra Kosten) in 200m Entfernung, wenn mal das Wetter nicht mitspielt oder nach dem Skifahren und super netter Vermieter. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Erholsame Tage in toller Umgebung

Die ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung war perfekt um etwas zu entspannen. Wir haben eine saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und einen unglaublich freundlichen Gastgeber hat. Die wunderschöne Gegend ist mit dem Auto gut zu erkunden gewesen. Bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir ins Nahe gelegene Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Gym ausweichen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Das Ski Gebiet Fendels und der Kaunertaler Gletscher sind gut erreichbar und sehr familienfreundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und der Schwester vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, der Gastgeber freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat zudem als Einheimischer viele tolle Wandertips parat! Auch die Lage war ein Traum, am Ortsrand mit Wanderpfad vor der Tür, im Ort ist trotzdem alles in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer wundervollen Umgebung zum Entspannen und aktivem Wandern. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 3 Personen. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und lernten später den sehr netten Vermieter kennen, welcher uns sehr gute Empfehlungen zu verschiedenen Ausflugszielen gab. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einen kleinen Supermarkt, Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und auch 2 Sportläden , wo wir uns aufgrund der anfangs nassen Wetterlage mit Regenhosen eindecken konnten. Leider hat derzeit die Bäckerei aufgrund von Krankheit geschlossen, aber im Supermarkt bekamen wir auch frische Brötchen. Wir waren auch im Schwimmbad, welches aber nur ein Badebecken hat. Der dortige Saunabereich ist sehr zu empfehlen.
