Our holiday apartment is the ideal "base camp" for a relaxing and varied holiday season. After an exciting day in the Ötztal mountains, you can let the day end comfortably in our apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (upper floor) and a cozy living room with kitchenette (ground floor). Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower / WC, 2x SAT-TV, free WLAN, balcony, terrace and a ski / boot room with boot dryer in the apartment. For our younger guests we offer cot, high chair, and backpack for extended trips.

In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door. Numerous managed pastures and huts invite you to linger and recharge your batteries. Bathing lakes, swimming pools, many open cable cars, children's fun park, via ferrata and much more. offer something for every relaxation taste in the Ötztal. With the Ötztal Card you can use practically all leisure facilities in the Ötztal free of charge. The Ötztal Card can be purchased directly from us in the house.

Snow safety and many hours of sunshine. Right in front of our house, you can strap on the cross-country skis and on the 20km of groomed cross-country ski trail make their tracks across the high plateau. The small but beautiful family ski area of Niederthai is especially suitable for children and beginners. The ski lifts and the local ski school can be reached in a few minutes. If you want to enjoy the gentle winter to the fullest, there are countless possibilities - snowshoe hikes in pristine forests and high valleys, numerous open huts and snack stations, 2 toboggan runs, ski tours to 3. 300m, build a snowman, snowball fight and much more.
