We have stayed here 3 times, we keep coming back because its beautiful, comfortable and clean! The hosts are fantastic along with all the neighbors. Very convenient to shopping and tourist attractions. Again this place is great!

We stayed here 12/28 - 1/3 and due to colder than normal temperatures we did not use the pool. The property is well maintained and nice. The condo is clean and good size for two adults. Other people at the property are nice and there is 24 hr security. Would consider staying again.

The condo had everything imaginable. The only downfall were the screens for the sliders. The living room was totally off the track and the bedroom didn’t close all the way. Absolutely loved the area and views!!

Perfect location, close parking, elevator and cart to unload baggage — the condo has a beautiful sunset view over the water. The clubhouse has a great workout facility, tennis courts, pool table, pool, etc., everything you could want.

Great location over looking the ocean

Great location to the ocean, the sunsets, many different kinds of birds and an occasional dolphin. Also good walking around the property and short drives to variety of restaurants

Grear view and really nice people

Firsts off it was pretty gross that when we walk around the condo with bare foot the bottom of our feet would be black had to mop the floors not cool and the curtain rod fell off the wall and we didn't touch it or tug on it plus there was alot of food and stuff left over from previous guess in fridge and cabinets not cool All the linens like towells and bed sheets and covers was really clean and smelled good no bugs which is always a plus well stock utensil and cookware both television worked always a plus The bed was not to comfortably need a new one Very relaxing environment everyone in the property that we came in contact with was really friendly and helpful the view from the condo was amazing with the sunset everynight the pool was great not crazy bout the lagoon or the gulf surrounding the place to much boat traffic and nose from other water crafts there was this annoying black birds that made alot of nose the location was great if you go to Florida for the nature coast not so much if you go to Florida for the amazing Beaches we had a great time all and all just had to drive alot to go do things we would stay there again we did like it just hope if we did the issue i put in this review would be addressed Thanks you for letting us stay god bless

can't beat the view

the condo was great! Very clean, comfortable bed, fully stocked and incredibly responsive owners. The people there were friendly. The view can't be beat! I had a little trouble figuring out where the elevator was since there aren't great signs to get to it in the parking garage but that was the only issue I had.

The condo was everything it was described to be and more!! The king bed was heavenly and other furniture comfy. Many, many great places to eat up and down 19. I can’t think of 1 thing that I would liked to have had that wasn’t there! Great owners with quick response time. Rent this condo, you won’t be sorry!!

Great view of the Gulf with dolphin and manatee sightings in the lagoon below our balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Good to have fitness center on site. Many excellent places to eat nearby. City parks and state beaches nearby. Our condo owners had done some remodeling.

Love the sun and the fun! We enjoy spending time outdoors and seeking out hidden gems in the areas when we travel, including food, entertainment and recreation.

Why they chose this property

After a long search for a perfect getaway from the long and grey winters of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we came across this property. We stayed initially for a week, but immediately wanted to extend our stay. We enjoyed all the amenities the property has to offer including the saltwater pool, access to the Gulf, gym, BBQ areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, etc. We also enjoyed meeting the residents of this community (and a few guests as well) and felt right at home. We ventured out into the nearby communities to take advantage of the abundant recreational activities available including fishing, kayaking, hiking, golfing, and nature watching. It didn't take long to decide that we wanted to call this place home! We can't get enough of the gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf and the peace and tranquility this place affords. But when you are ready for something more, St. Pete's and Clearwater are just a short drive south. Tampa is a short drive to the southeast. Easy access from Tampa International Airport via the Veterans Expressway and Suncoast Parkway toll road.

Property secured by 24-hour guarded gate. Property is on a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and canals. Property has elevators, zero threshold entries and the saltwater pool has an accessibility chair for easy entry. Many restaurants within a short-drive, as well as grocery stores, drug stores, bakery, and convenience shops.
