Our 2-room apartment can accommodate 2-4 people (about 45m ²) and is located in a quiet, sunny location. The apartment is equipped with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and south-west facing balcony. All guests receive all services of the NesselwangCard as an additional service.

The "Ferienwohnung-Nesselwang-Allgäu" offers the ideal starting point for excursions and activities of all kinds. But also just to relax and unwind - with us there is something for everyone.

Hiking and climbing in the mountains or swimming in one of the many surrounding lakes. Visit the famous castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, or the old town of Füssen. Explore the area by bike or relax in the Alpspitz Erlebisbad with several pools, saunas and a natural lake. Children enjoy the long summer toboggan run and miniature golf course directly in Nesselwang. Golfers enjoy the panoramic Alpenseehof golf course nearby.

Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the slopes in the family ski area with ski school, freestyle snow park and floodlit night skiing. Cross-country skiers will also find a huge network of trails for classic and skating techniques. Off the piste, snowshoeing, tobogganing, mountain huts or sauna landscapes provide a change of pace.

Very comfortable apartment for exploring the beautiful Allgäu mountain area. We have stayed in this apartment for the last 4 years for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Mattresses are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good location. We fit comfortably with 2 adults and 2 children (on the extra floor mattresses provided). A sofa bed in the living room is also available.

Der Ort ist gut aber man braucht ein Auto mit dem Zug ist man unflexibel.

Leider waren wir nicht zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Haben sie nicht so vorgefunden wie auf dem Foto. Saubere Wohnung war es für meinen Partner und mir nach unseren Vorstellungen nicht gerade .

Sommerferien 2022

Beim Eintritt in die Ferienwohnung war ein muffliger Geruch in der Luft. Dieser Geruch kam vom Bad und es lag nicht an den Syhonen. Das Duschen in der Badewanne ist schon komisch weil ein 160 Warmwasserspeicher ebenfalls im Duschbereich der Badewanne aufgehängt ist. Hier hat man Angst, dass beim Duschen die Elektro Komponenten im Warmwasserspeicher unter Strom stehen könnte. Die Halterung für die Duschbrause ist hier zu versetzen. Die Wohnzimmercouch war verwohnt und hatte zahlreiche Flecken. Man hat nicht so richtig gewusst auf was für einen Fleck man draufsitz. Die Wohnzimmercouch in den Bilder der Wohnungs Beschreibung sehen ganz anders aus. Halt neu und nicht wie der jetzige Zustand ist. Alle Fenster und Türen sind aus dunklem Holz. Im Schlafzimmer sind es zwei einzel Betten. Zum Kuscheln sind sie gar nicht geeignet, die Umrandung ist sehr hart. Bei den Fernbedienungen vom Fernseher sowie des Sat Receivers fehlt die Batterie Abdeckung. Diese sind mit Klebeband zum Halten der Batterien versehen...... Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem 6 Parteien Haus. Laute Musik oder Möbel rücken ist grundsätzlich zu hören. Eine kleine Anmerkung : Für nicht Sonnenanbeter wäre es schön einen Sonnenschirm auf den Balkon zu haben. Die Küche ist komplet ausgestattet... Der Betrag ist für diese Ferienwohnung in Ordnung.

Unterkunft zweckmäßig, Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Die Wohnung war sauber, Check in originell aber sinnvoll, da man dadurch zeitlich flexibel ist, wenn man, wie wir, bereits am Anreisetag einen Ausflug macht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung oberhalb des Ortszentrums. Fußläufig alles erreichbar (Rückweg mit Anstieg). Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer Küche - die ist neu und bestens ausgestattet). Preis/Leistung passt aber auf jeden Fall.

Ein schönes, ruhiges Wochenende

Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, ebenso ins Schwimmbad. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht, besonders die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gern wieder

Absolut ruhig gelegene, für Wanderurläube in den Allgäuer Alpen sehr zweckmäßige Wohnung, für 3-4 Personen perfekt. Gut ausgestattet ohne Luxus, für uns gerade recht. Sehr freundliche, geduldige Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Gemütliche Wohnung im Allgäu

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Nesselwang, ist sehr sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Allgäu ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub und immer eine Reise wert. Von Nesselwang aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen machen - u.a. einige tolle Skigebiete anfahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Fereienwohnung, für einen "Kurzen Skiurlaub" sehr zu empfehlen.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung im Wohngebiet in Nesselwang. Bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1km, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, notfalls auch mit dem Bus. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Einfache und problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Schön gelegene Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung mit vollständiger Küche. Mit dem Auto sind Schloss Neuschwanstein etc, Zugspitze sehr schnell zu erreichen, vor Ort viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Alle Informationen zur Wohnung wurden ausführlich und rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, Ansprechpartner wurde benannt. Für uns eine gute Zeit. Würden wir direkt nochmal buchen.

Lovely home in the mountains

This was a relaxing and comfortable 3 night stop on our recent vacation. We had fun geocaching and exploring the beautiful area. We were surprised that we had to bring our own linens (bedding, towels) - I did not see this mentioned in the write-up. It looks like this information has since been added to the website. Nesselwang and its surrounding area is a wonderful place to visit - far away from the big cities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Très bel appartement idéal pour un couple, mais possible pour 4. Très bien équipé, localisé dans un quartier paisible. Bien situé pour sillonner la Bavière. Amateurs de : randonnées, de ballades en vélo, de découverte du patrimoine (les châteaux, les églises baroques), de baignade dans les nombreux lacs de la région, alors n’hésitez pas, vous serez bien placés. Et NESSELWANG est aussi une station de ski, donc si vous êtes skieurs… Je recommande cette adresse. Sehr schönes Apartment für ein Paar, aber für vier möglich. Sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Gut gelegen für Bayern. Wanderfreunde, Velo-Balladen, Erlebnisse mit dem Kulturerbe (Schlösser, barocke Kirchen), Badespass in den vielen Seen der Region, also zögern Sie nicht, Sie werden gut untergebracht. Und NESSELWANG ist auch ein Skigebiet, also wenn Sie Skifahrer sind… Ich empfehle diese Adresse. Very nice apartment ideal for a couple, but possible for 4. Very well equipped, located in a quiet area. Well located to criss-cross Bavaria. Lovers of: hiking, biking, heritage discovery (castles, baroque churches), swimming in the many lakes of the region, so do not hesitate, you will be well placed. And NESSELWANG is also a ski resort, so if you’re a skier… I’d recommend this address.
