This well-maintained ground-floor holiday rental with mountain views is comfortably furnished and ideally located near the Alpspitz-Bade-Center (water park), accommodating 1–4 people.
Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a stereo system are provided.

Shopping options (Aldi, bakery, etc.), restaurants, and stores are within easy walking distance.

The local mountain, the Alpspitze, is perfect for skiing and hiking. There is a wide range of local recreational activities for families (mini-golf, archery, summer toboggan run, thermal baths, etc.)

The “royal castles” in Füssen as well as the city of Kempten make for lovely day trips and are only a 20-minute drive away.

Minimum stay: 5 nights!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe sind ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Es war ruhig, aber trotzdem zentrumsnah.

Klein, aber fein – für Familien absolut ausreichendWir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zwar eher klein, aber für uns als Familie vollkommen ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt und den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht haben.Das Einzige, was mir persönlich etwas gefehlt hat, war eine Wäschespinne.Aber auch dafür findet man eine Lösung.Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage. Das Schwimmbad, ein Minigolfplatz und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Auch der Marktplatz und weitere Möglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.Für uns hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Wohnung super

Viele Freizeit angeboten in Nesselwang und Umgebung.Wohnung war sehr ruhig trotz Hallenbad auf der anderen Straßenseite brauchte man nur zehn Schritte laufen schon waren wir im Wasser war einfach super .
