These three holiday apartments are located above the Iii marina. CKO451 on the first floor is spacious and has a covered terrace from which you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view. CKO452 and 655 are smaller and are located on the ground floor. The tasteful furnishings offer guests maximum comfort. Even though the holiday apartments are located on a hillside, it is possible to walk to the sea, or go by car if you want to visit other tourist places such as Opatija or Moenika Draga. In Iii there is a well-known marina and restaurants. On the property there are covered parking spaces, shared garden furniture and a barbecue.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.

Wonderful holiday

Sandra was a very friendly and professional hostess, and even spoke good German. There was plenty of space, everything was clean and well-kept.

Die Küche hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien, aber auch nicht mehr. Leider hatten wir viele lange Hundehaare in den Ecken auf dem Boden, aber es ist ja schließlich auch eine Unterkunft wo Tiere erlaubt sind.Der Weg zur Wohnung sollte vom Ambieter genauer beschrieben werden, da dieser nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug befahrbar ist.Wir würden die Wohnung aufjedenfall wieder mieten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit herrlichem Blick vom sehr großen Balkon! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Ein paar Basics haben uns gefehlt, z.B. ein Wasserkocher oder eine Schere. Der Strand - ebenso wie der Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings sollte man einigermaßen fit sein, damit man auf dem Weg zurück (steil bergauf) nicht aus der Puste gerät. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gab es zur Begrüßung einen mit Obst und Saft gefüllten Kühlschrank, zum Abschied einen Schnaps. Sehr aufmerksam!
