New house ideally located 500 m from the magnificent Pors Carn beach. 500 m² south-facing garden. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. TV area. Work from home space. 3 double bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds. A fourth bedroom with 5 90x200 cm beds (2 bunk beds, 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress). Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. 2 bathrooms (1 bath/1 shower). 2 toilets. NB: Sheets and towels not provided (optional).
Walking surfing is available for the whole family. Children's playground on Porscarn beach.
Kitesurfing, Wingfoiling. Ideal for surfing and board sports, Penmarch - Saint Guenolé also offers magnificent horseback riding and cycling, excursions to see seals and dolphins, bird watching, restaurants and bars, a market, and more.

Surfboard/wingfoil rentals available upon request.

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern. Wir hatten eunen schönen Aufenthalt. An der Eingangstür und der Terassentür muss man leider eine hohe Stufe überwinden, da dort eine Treppenstufe fehlt. Für kleine Kinder und Mobilitätseingeschränkte ist das nicht so schön. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz.
