This is a new apartment. The place has an amazing view of the Andes, Monserrate and part of the north view of the city (Colpatria tower), it will be a nice and calm stay with all the nice green behind and the bright lights of the capital as a background.

Great property

My wife, father-in-law, and myself stayed at this property for 2 nights. We arrived pretty late and had some trouble locating the property (raining as well). Streets are not well marked. Security was terrific, they helped us with parking and making contact with the owner to get us checked - in. The property was everything we wanted - bedrooms separated by a living space / living room, comfortable beds, great views of Monserrate, breakfast spots nearby, walkable to Monserrate, Plaza Bolivar, and historic parts of Bogota. It was my first time to Bogota and I was not disappointed, I loved the energy in the city. The owner was quick to respond to my messages with questions. I would stay here again for future visits to Bogota.

What a beautiful apartment!! Clean, smells great, amazing views!!!

If you want to explore museums, Monserrate, La Candelaria it is a perfect location for you. The views from the apartment are stunning!! The apartment looked better than the pictures. Clean and neat. Comfortable bedrooms and spaces. The host is always available to give you recommendations or to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

I like the idea of been close to the reality of the city. This location is where everyone has to go; because Bussiness, tourism, studying but also nightlife, food, culture,historical places to meet. The place will give you the experience of meeting the people and the atmosphere of what is to live in Bogotá.

What makes this property unique

I would say, the view, waking up and a nice coffee on the 28th floor infront of the Andes and seen Monserrate.

The tower is new and has a modern and beautiful decoration, with new things like the gym area, BBQ or coworking zone.

The apartment is full furnished with everything new and peaceful decoration using fengshui and Bagua map :)♡

Tv with Cable and a great host and co host who will be there anytime needed.
