The large living / dining room with open kitchen is exclusively equipped and furnished to a high. Throughout the apartment parquet floor and the bathroom is tastefully tiled and equipped (Rainshower). From the living / dining room you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The large balcony with direct sea view is from the living / dining room.

On the Baltic Sea beach is a beach chair at your disposal.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80 mtr. Wide) and ample closet space.

Urlaub mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung war liebevoll mit vielen Detail ausgestattet, der Blick auf den Strand und die Ostsee ist wirklich toll. Die Betreuung durch Baltic Appartments war super. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu hart, aber das ist sicher individuell unterschiedlich. Der Autoverkehr (und die Lautstärke) direkt vor der Wohnung war selbst in der Nachsaison, wie auch der Preis, noch recht hoch. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Träumchen :-) Den Sonnenaufgang und das Meer zu Füßen…. Gern wieder, wann auch immer ich eine Auszeit brauche!

2 Sterne nur für die Lage der Wohnung

Wir kamen in einer nicht sauberen Wohnung an. Die Dusche dreckig,überall Staub,viele Haare und Scharmhaare in den Betten. Am nächsten Tag waren wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs und abends hatten wir viele kleine Haustiere. In der ganzen Wohnung Silberfische. Am anderen Tag wurde uns eine Grundreinigung zugesagt. Diese wurde nicht gemacht. Es wurden aber Silberfischfallen aufgestellt. Unsere Kinder haben sich doch sehr geekelt. Die Aussicht auf den Strand ist sehr schön. Nach Scharbeutz werden wir wiederkommen,aber in einer anderen Ferienwohnung. Diese ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Top Unterkunft und tolle Lage

Für uns war alles super, hatten schon lange nicht mehr eine so schöne Ferienwohnung. Auch die Lage war sehr schön, alles gut erreichbar. Nur etwas teuer.

Schöne Wohnung-traumhafter Meerblick

Schöne geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung für 2-4 Personen ist es platztechnisch okay. Schönes Ambiente mit Meerblick (wenn die Balkontür zu ist!) Ein paar kleine Mankos gibt es leider. Betten sind sehr hart, Plastikstühle am Esstisch sind ebenfalls hart, unbequem und für innen eigentlich nicht nötig. Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel ein nicht funktionierender Flaschenöffner. Könnten sicherlich ein paar Kleinigkeiten erneuert/ergänzt werden. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte eher eine Wohnung nach hinten raus nehmen, dann auch mit Sonne, da der Meerblick die laute Strandallee impliziert und nur morgens bis maximal mittags Sonne hat. Das ist jedoch Geschmacksache. Der Balkon ist nur bei schönem Wetter zu nutzen (gibt keine Überdachung/Markise etc und eben direkt an der „Küsten-Autobahn“, eine der meist befahrenen Straßen in der Lübecker Bucht. Ich finde, das sollte man wissen. Parkplatz/Carport gibt es hinter dem Gebäude jeweils einen zur Wohnung dazu und einen Fahrrad-Abstellraum, der allerdings relativ voll ist. Ich habe dort 9 Wochen gewohnt und denke, dass ich einen guten Überblick bekommen habe. Es gibt in fussläufiger Nähe so ziemlich alles an Kulinarischen Dingen zu kaufen, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 600 Metern zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen gemütlichen und ansprechenden Wohnung.

Es ist eine schöne F...

Es ist eine schöne Fewo mit guter Ausstattung , aber direkt an der Hauptstraße war für uns nicht so angenehm war. Dafür brauchten wir aber nur über die Straße und waren gleich im Strandkorb.
