Die Wohnung schien auf den ersten Blick harmonisch und komfortabel. Leider war zu bemerken, dass schon länger keine gründliche Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Da es in den Ecken staubig und die Fronten der Schränke schmierig waren. Die Lage ist super füe Familien und Scharbeutz ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Check in verlief reibungslos und das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Mädelstrip

Wir hatten mit 3 Personen im Mai eine tolle Woche in Scharbeutz im Strandgras. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert und in der Küche ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer oben sind echt großzügig und sonnig und das Schlafzimmer unten ruhig und bequem. Wir konnten bei tollem Wetter schon das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse genießen. Auch der kurze Weg zur Dünenmeile und zum Strandkorb war super. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Wunderbare Lage, schöne Wohnung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super zentral und man ist in 3 Gehminuten an der Strandpromenade. Lediglich die Schlafzimmer sind etwas beengt und zum zweiten Schlafzimmer muss man eine etwas steile Treppe hinaufsteigen, was uns vorher so nicht bewusst war. Der Eingang ist auch etwas umständlich, da man erst eine Treppe runter in das Souterrain muss, um dann wieder 2 Treppen hoch in den 1. Stock zu laufen. Mit Kleinkind war das etwas umständlich und sollte vielleicht ausdrücklich erwähnt werden. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung ist Ausstattung und Lagetechnisch absolut empfehlenswert.

Schöner Urlaub im Strandgras

Wir waren mit 3 Personen und einem kleinen Hund für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schön ist die obere Etage und vor allem die große Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Man kann sich einfach nur wohl fühlen und hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und der schöne Strandkorb eine tolle Abwechslung. Unbedingt empfehlenswert diese Unterkunft.

Schön, aber etwas beengt für mehrere Personen

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung. Prinzipiell schöne Wohnung, allerdings etwas beengt, vor allem die Schlafzimmer und die sehr schmale Treppe. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Die Matratze oben war sehr weich und die Kissen in den Schlafzimmern waren mies und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung war gut. Da wir in den Herbstferien da waren, haben wir den wirklich großen Balkon nicht genutzt. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, allerdings nicht weit vom Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwo...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr hübsch dekoriert. Ich nehme an seit die Wohnung durch Baltic vermietet wird. Bad unten etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse oben und ein kleiner Balkon am Wohnzimmer. Das untere Schlafzimmer etwas beengt. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsene im September eine super Woche gehabt, und haben uns vorgenommen wiederzukommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Mit der Baltic Ferien Vermietung klappte alles wunderbar. Übrigens war die Wohnung sehr, sehr sauber und Geschirr war reichlich vorhanden.
