The Baltic Sea beach is only about 50 metres away, and the Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

This high-quality, modernly furnished apartment on the ground floor offers 50 m² of space for a relaxing holiday for 2 adults and 2 children. The combined living room and bedroom features a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. A cosy sofa with two armchairs and a large 55-inch Samsung TV invite you to relax and unwind. The dining area seats four people. The east-facing balcony, with its stunning ocean view, is furnished with balcony furniture and an awning, making it the perfect spot to relax at any time of day.
The integrated open kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and an oven. Kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment.
The cosy box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) is located in an alcove from which you can enjoy the wonderful ocean view, and you can also watch the swivel-mounted TV. In the bedroom facing the sea, there is a small double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds.
In the shower room with toilet, you can freshen up in the shower; a hair dryer is provided. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The outdoor pool belonging to the apartment building is open from May 15 to September 15.
During the 2026 season, from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair is reserved for you at the nearby beach, inviting you to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach.
An outdoor parking space is available behind the building.
There is a room in the basement for storing your bicycles. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in the shared basement.

Non-smoking apartment. The balcony is available for smokers. Dogs are welcome!

Welcome to the Hanseat Am Hang 3–5 residential complex.

The apartment building is situated on a hill directly on the beach, offering a wonderful view of the entire Bay of Lübeck. Every day, you can watch the many sailboats and motorboats cruising the Baltic Sea.
The Dünenmeile, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants for a fee within the residential complex. The complex also features a heated outdoor pool during the peak season (June–September).
You also have the option of storing your bicycles in the bike storage room.
