It was great. The location was beautiful and the home was clean. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds. Items were available if you left things at home. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. The location is a very safe neighborhood. The price is affordable. The owners were very quick at responding to any questions I had . They had check out instructions that were very simple . The entire home was spotless and clean upon arrival. Perfect stress free vacation rental .

Fantastic place!

Loved this house! It was perfect for our needs. Clean, cute, and comfortable, this house is located in a high-end neighborhood that was perfect for morning walks or runs. Communication with the owner was superb—he made sure everything was taken care of and was prompt to answer all our questions. My group definitely wants to stay here again!

Great option for Albany

Our family of 5 needed a place to stay and getting two hotel rooms was too expensive. This was a great house for us. Plenty of space, plenty of parking, and a great location. Large yard was nice too, but it was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy it. We will definitely rent this house again for future visits.

Property is in a great neighborhood. This house does not fit the neighborhood in that it looks to be substandard. The house was dirty, roaches, brown water, mildew on towels , no soap in bathrooms, We did not get any value for what we paid...

Hello Chris, Thanks for your review. I'm glad that at least one of us will be honest about our Review. Chris was upset that he could not watch the Atlanta Braves game and hence the bad review. This property has monthly Pest control. The property is always thoroughly clean with an outstanding cleaning service. Chris left the property a mess. Also we send a reminder message to each guest to message us once they checkout of the property. Chris was mad about that thinking he was being rush out of the property. Definitely will not host again.

Unable to get inside the property the day of our arrival. Had to check into a hotel that evening. Property owner did get us a key for the remaining 3 nights. Now claiming that the cleaning service is charging extra for the ‘mess’ but he made no mention until I asked for a refund for the 1st night. Still waiting on the pictures from the cleaning service /property owner to prove the mess. Property owner says he doesn’t owe portion of the refund on the lodging fees / service fee for the night we had to rent a hotel. VRBO claims that property owner is responsible for that portion of the refund. Frustrated.
