Nestled away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, scenery and tranquil neighborhood.
This is the perfect place to see all the stars at night. Spacious 3 bedroom with several separate areas to just hang out and unwind. Two fold-away beds and a sofa bed to accommodate that large group. You will feel at home or even better at Sassafras House.
Enjoy the comforts of this completely updated and renovated
lovely adorned home. Decorated with loads of southern charm.
Two coffee makers and many flavors of tea and coffee to chose
from. The den is very large with several seating arrangements
giving everyone space to relax. There are 4 flat screens televisions.
There is even a deck to enjoy the outdoors.

Good Place for Family/Friend Gathering

Booked this place for some friends and I. Plenty of space for 6 to 8 people, solid entertainment room added on the back of the house. We did have to clean some of the appliances that were dirty in some hard to reach spots but other than that, it was a good find for the area and our contact for the property was very responsive.

Very comfortable house

Very comfortable house and Shirley was great! The only negative is that the master bed room was vey cold I ended up getting bronchitis. I would definitely rent again, but bring a small heater for the master bedroom during winter months. Great home for family gathering.

Kitchen not very well equipped back porch rotten the floor had soft spots found a rat in the laundry room had trouble with the heater could not keep the house consistently warm beings that it was cold outside and also inside ran out of hot water every night but we enjoyed the pool table and comfortable beds

Since your stay, we have installed new windows and set the A/c to accommodate the weather. One of the a/c units is new so maybe you didn't know how to use it. We have never had mice before. I have called the pest control company, however.

Safe escape

We were evacuating from a hurricane and this house was a safe place to stay. All necessities were there, but it IS an older home and comes with all that entails. Creaky floors and settling noises. Doors were not air tight, so on the warmer nights bugs were abundant and able to get in. The location was nice, although not near anything. Fenced in yard was good for the dog. Neighbor was very nice and helpful when we had issues with a lock. any really

LADIES SPRING CHICK SWAMP GRAVY TRIP

Great Stay

Quiet weekend getaway

This property appeared to be well maintained. The property manager was very pleasant and very responsive to our needs. It was great to have the pool table which was a big part of entertainment for us. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for walks. Family get together here vs. hotel stay. We would definitely love to visit here again especially since it was in reasonable distance to Veteran State park. Residents very friendly despite the times. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!

Great weekend in Albany

Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us for our girl’s weekend. Your house was the perfect place for the 4 of us to talk, visit, sleep and eat. We all were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and orderly everything was. The proximity to downtown Albany and surrounding area gave us several choices for meals and no fear of coming in after dark. If I am ever in the Albany area again I would definitely want to stay in your house and will recommend it to my friends.
