'Sea noise 16'. Our apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and easily accessible via a lift without a barrier. Spend your holiday in one of the sunniest areas in Germany. On the roof terrace and the loggia you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and a wonderful view over the free Baltic Sea to Dahme, with good visibility even to the Mecklenburg coast.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
A pet for an additional charge of 20, - € bookable.

The apartment has a tastefully decorated living-dining area with fireplace, sofa bed and exit to the south-west roof terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and exit to the east loggia, a living Sleeping gallery with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm, 1 adult + child / 2 children) and 2-seat suite and a full bath with shower and whirlpool.

Also from the bathroom and from the platform bed on the gallery you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.

In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for a holiday. Promenade, spa, spa, restaurants, shopping. Holy harbor and the island of Fehmarn with many attractions are within easy reach.

Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und hat eine super Lage. In 2 Gehminuten ist man an der Strandpromenade/Meer. Man hat vom Balkon, der Küche, dem Bade- und Schlafzimmer immer ein Blick auf das Meer, was der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Sie ist mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Lediglich die Decko und das Sofa könnte man mal erneuern. Die Decko (z.B. Bilder) sind teilweise verblichen und das Sofa scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Hier könnte man durch einen kleinen Invest eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre schaffen. Zudem erreicht man die Wohnung mit einem Aufzug, welches die An- und Abreise mit dem Gepäck sehr entspannt macht. Ein zugewiesener Parkplatz gehört ebenso zur Wohnung. Dieser befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Gebäude.

Super Ausstattung, alles wie beschrieben

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und genau passend für uns 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), alles stimmte wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Super ist der dazugehörige Strandkorb und die Nähe zur Promenade. Dicht dran, aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Lediglich kleine Mängel, einige Schränke/Schubladen waren nicht sauber, Klappe des Eisfaches war defekt ... aber nichts was den Urlaub eingeschränkt hätte. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Leider waren die Polster/Sitzkissen und das Sofa stark von Hundehaaren der Vorgänger verunreinigt. Die Toilette musste ebenfalls bei Ankunft gereinigt werden.

Urlaub in Großenbrode

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schonmal in der gleichen Ferienwohnung, damals war alles tip top... leider war die Wohnung diesmal sehr schmutzig - so als hätte keine Endreinigung davor stattgefunden, man teilte uns mit das wir den Objektbetreuer kontaktieren sollten, dann hätte es eine Möglichkeit der Nachbereitung gegeben - da hatte ich aber schon sämtliche Oberflächen und Schranke ab- bzw. ausgewischt... nicht dramatisch, aber dann 100 für die Endreinigung zu bezahlen ist ärgerlich - vielleicht wäre eine Abnahme durch den Objektbetreuer nach Reinigung denkbar...Ansonsten waren wir wieder vollkommen glücklich bei Ihnen in Großenbrode Urlaub gemacht zu haben.achgereinigt dann nachputzt

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Ich war schön öfter im gleichen Wohnkomplex. Diese Wohnung hat sich gut für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder geeignet. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden, die man benötigt. Ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch sehr positiv fand ich die Fliegentüren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles für uns perfekt

haben den 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt richtig genossen und haben nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts zu bemängeln gehabt. Deswegen haben wir schon vor Ort für 2025 das selbe Objekt gebucht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und auch sonnentechnisch optimal ausgerichtet. Eigentlich hat nichts gefehlt, aber ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre schon vom Vorteil gewesen. Schade war aber, dass in einer Schublade noch angebrochene Kekse und Pfandflaschen zu finden waren.Da war das Reinigungsteam wohl nicht gründlich…. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten!

Herbsturlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in Großenbrode. Hatten wunderschöne Tage an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Italiener Al Ponto ist Spitzenklasse und definitiv im Besuch Wert. Tolle Spielplätze für die Kinder und schöner breiter Strand!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Kinder waren von ihrem "Zimmer" absolut begeistert, welches übrigens den allerbesten Ausblick auf das Meer bot. Top Lage, nicht weit entfernt von der Strandpromenade, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt, ebenso wie einen tollen Strandspielplatz und trotzdem ruhig. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche mit super tollem Wetter. Die Wohnung incl. Reisebett, das Haus, der Strand incl. Strandkorb, die Strandpromenade, der Miniclub und die Vielzahl der Angebote für Kinder (Basteln etc.) waren super. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko war der Wasserhahn in der Küche. Der ist so locker, dass wir Angst hatten er könnte komplett abfallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
