This charming holiday home (with IUT224 and IUT225) is located in a park-like property about 7 km from Castiglione del Lago. Each holiday home has a private shaded terrace (pergola) directly in front of the kitchen; the furnishings are functional and tasteful. The spacious grounds include a fenced pool area with sun terrace. For sporting activities there is a tennis court, table tennis and other ball games as well as a children's playground. The lake is a paradise for cyclists - cycle path around the lake 1 km; bike and scooter hire, boat hire 8 km. On request: baby cot, baby seat; laundry service and air conditioning for a fee. You can barbecue the fresh lake fish on site, for example - but if you don't want to cook, that's no problem: there is a restaurant in the main building of the agriturismo (with separate access.) The location on the outskirts of the village is conveniently situated; from here you can reach numerous Tuscan and Umbrian towns worth seeing such as Perugia (25 km), Cortona (25 km), Montepulciano (40 km) Arezzo 50 km) Siena (80 km). Castiglione del Lago with nice shops and local specialities 7 km; sandy beach on the lake and jetty 8 km; shopping in the Pineta district 300 m.

Sehr unfreundlich, kein deutsch TV und fast jeden Abend Karaoke

Angefangen hat es schon damit, dass man versucht hat uns eine viel kleinere Wohnung zu geben als die von uns gebuchte. Diese haben wir dann nach langer Diskussion bekommen nur leider ohne deutsches TV Programm. Trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter und beim Reise veranstaltet und der Zusage, dass man einen Mechaniker schicken werde, ist nichts passiert. Wenn ich ein Ferienhaus mit TV miete gehe ich davon aus, dass ich dieses dann auch benutzen kann. Die Dame an der Rezeption welche auch als Kellnerin in der anliegenden Pizzeria beschäftigt war, war so unfreundlich dass es nicht mehr erträglich war. Alles in allem, kann man dieses Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.
