In this wooded park, you’ll find an 8.5 x 4 m pool, lounge chairs, and a barbecue for enjoying pleasant, convivial moments.
The villa is fully fenced and secured by two electric gates.

La Valentine area, Traverse Rampal, 13012 Marseille. The villa is located less than 5 minutes from shops and highway access.

City centre Marseille is 15 minutes away, the Calanques and the picturesque villages of Cassis and Allauch are less than a 20-minute drive away

La Salette Golf Course is 10 minutes away.
The Old Port is a 20-minute drive away.

The apartment features a large, air-conditioned living area with a living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a magnificent sunny terrace with a view of the mountains.

The sleeping area consists of:
- a first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a TV, and a magnificent view of the garden and the pool.
- a second air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a TV
- a third bedroom with a double bed and a closet.

The villa also features

To ensure you have the best possible stay, we provide linens for the entire duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, and bath towels.

Vehicles can be parked on the property grounds

The pool is open from May 1 through October 1. The pool is unheated.

To confirm your reservation, a security deposit will be required; the amount is €2,000
