Small haven of peace for this architect villa located in a very picturesque and very quiet area. Villa with its different levels, then swimming pool with 3 bedrooms upstairs with terrace, large living room with large wooden terrace overlooking the pool, all overlooking the sea.
Large living room kitchen with central island, extended by its covered terrace.

The villa has been classified 5 * in 2019, in the My Provence tourist guide. The Villa "La Civade" is also visible on the site of the tourist office of La Ciotat.

A wonderful month in La Ciotat

A delightful find, the pictures do not do this property justice. Sylvie was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Our dogs loved it, and the swimming pool. We will be back next year :)

Magnificent!

Our stay was for 6 nights and we were sad to leave. The house and its location are superb, a short drive to the Med through a narrow street, but that was part of the fun. We loved the pool, the trees and definitely the sun and surrounding area! Sylvie is a fantastic host, all expectations were met. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect house for a family holiday

The villa is in a lovely, quiet residential area about 15 minutes drive from the centre of La Ciotat. The interior of the house is charming and spacious, with tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed for five adults and two babies under a year old. The garden and pool area are delightful and the view over the bay is stunning. We loved having a shady eating area, where we enjoyed breakfasts and barbecues in the evening. Sylvie, our host was charming and helpful, and answered any questions promptly. As other guests have said, the road up to the property is narrow and a car is essential.

Fabulous stay in the south of France.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely and full of French country coastal charm. The landscaping and pool were beautiful and relaxing, the view is very cool! We lounged around the pool the first day, made a BBQ feast for the whole family! The rest of the week we took day trips to the Rhone valley to tour wineries and visit Avignon, to Marseille to have the best bouillabaisse on the planet and to Nice.........amazing Nice!! We visited wineries, museums and ate delicious foods!! Sylvie knows all the best places to eat and drink in La Ciotat, she will not steer you wrong! So, rent this place and have a lovely vacation! Thank you Sylvie!! PS Close the screens at night, the mosquitos can be vicious!! And bring essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer if you need one!

Privates Ferienparadies oberhalb La Ciotat

Das Haus liegt sehr versteckt, man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Der Weg dahin ist abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Der Pool ist das Highlight und sorgt für ein absolutes Ferienfeeling. Man kann sich im Ort gut eindecken und selbst versorgen, der Grill ist hervorragend. Sylvie ist sehr bemüht und reagiert immer schnell, wenn man eine Frage hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Wir verbrachten mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus mit Pool, grossem eingefriedeten Garten- und Waldgrundstück und Traumblick auf LaCiotat. Unser Hund konnte frei herumstreunern. Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich sind grosszügig und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir den grossen Gasgrill auf einer der Terrassen genutzt. Sylvie, die Eigentümerin, wohnt nebenan und ist der herzliche Geist des Hauses Sie hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Ulrich&Susanne

Herbstferien in La Ciotat

Wir möchten uns für die schöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus im La Ciotat bedanken. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir durften unseren großen Hund mitnehmen, der sich auf dem tollen großen Grundstück auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Lage zur Erkundung der Gegend um Cassis und Marseille ist sehr gut. Wir haben in dieser Woche viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Der Pool konnte sogar Mitte Oktober noch benutzt werden. La Ciotat ist eine sehenswerte Stadt mit einem schönem alten Hafen.

Schönes Haus. Sehr ruhig. Man hat einen schönen Meerblick. Der Pool auf der Terasse ist genial. Die Kinder konnten den ganzen plantschen und wir konnten sie quasi von der Couch aus beaufsichtigen. Urlaub zum Genießen

Wie haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in la Ciotat genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bat uns genügend Platz zu 6. Vor allem die Kinder nutzten gerne den Pool, die Erwachsenen genossen die Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns lokale Tipps. Einzig, dass eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr gefordert wurde von der nichts im Expose stand bei FeWo fanden wir nicht gut.
