About this property

Biarritz Magnifique vue Mer, Centre Ville au Calme

Right in the heart of city centre and completely quiet.
Renting out my one-bedroom apartment.
The apartment has a balcony with a 180° ocean view.
From the Spanish Coast to Hossegor Beach.

In a secure residence with a caretaker, perfectly quiet.
50 m from the market halls and 200 m from Port Vieux Beach.
The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of the year.

A main room with a fully equipped kitchenette (steam oven and microwave, juicer, coffee maker).
Living room with a sofa (converts to a 140-bed), large-screen TV (Full HD, internet box, Netflix), and a work area with an Apple computer.

Balcony with a small bench and coffee table, plus a high table so you can enjoy a unique view.

Bedroom with ocean view, equipped with new bedding (140 cm), a closet, and furniture. A bathroom with a large shower (120x90, with a rain showerhead and digital controls).
Separate bathroom (with a Japanese-style toilet).

This is my primary residence, which I am renting out on an exceptional basis.

Superbement situé

L'appartement d'Olivier est très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la plage, avec une superbe vue sur la baie et l'église Sainte Eugénie. C'est tout confort, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner et une machine à café.

Nous avons encore une fois passé un tres bon sejour a biarritz De plus l appartement que nous avons loue etait vraiment tres agréable. La décoration, la vue ... tout est parfait! Nous avons apprécié la douche en regardant la mer...
