Our home is a much loved and well-maintained 2-story on a family-friendly cul-de-sac in Marvin Beach with beautiful gardens, a stone fire pit, and a spacious floor plan. Our amazing location is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, marinas, parks, SONO, Mr. Frosty, and Metro-North.

-3 bedrooms + 4th office (can be used as a bedroom) + 2 1/2 baths
-Large private master suite on the second floor with an office area
-First-floor expansive floorplan with central AC and hardwood floors throughout
-Living room/family room has a wood-burning fireplace, large sectional, and vaulted ceilings
-Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances
-Large dining room that can seat up to 10
-Peloton, workout mirror, and sauna
-Outdoor stone fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, new Weber grill, lawn games, and large outdoor dining table
-Vegetable garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and raspberries for picking
-Beautiful garden in bloom with happy flowers and roses to be enjoyed, expansive front lawn
-Alarm system, coded front door, quiet and safe neighborhood
-New washer and dryer with a quick wash drawer in the basement

This is not a rental property but my personal home with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation. We are looking to spend a few weeks with family in July & August and are hoping to rent our home to trustworthy and responsible adults.

We truly have an amazing location and special home. Walk to the beach, the marinas, restaurants, coffee shop/market, parks, and much more. Plus, NYC is a 1-hour train ride away and you can walk to the station. We also have the house stocked with all the essentials a family needs - extra towels and sheets, kitchen supplies, outdoor grill setup. wood for the fire pit! We love our home and enjoy all it has to offer and know you will too!
