This newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in peaceful and friendly neighborhood of Costa Serena, a 55+ SENIOR COMMUNITY. Streets are wide with low traffic. Recently upgraded kitchen has pantry and extra amount of cabinet space for groceries and personal belongings. Living room is bright and spacious with ceiling light fan, smart TV and computer table for working remotely. Both bedrooms have pillow top queen size beds with ceiling light fan & smart TV in master. Back yard is lined with fence and jade plants for privacy for relaxing, socializing or grilling outdoors. Home is well stocked with all the necessities and has a warm, cozy feel throughout. Landscape is colorful and has a bountiful apple tree with delicious fruit! Washer and dryer located in attached one-car garage. Additional driveway space for one additional vehicle.

Attention to detail starts with pride of ownership. What we offer in amenities, furnishings and cleanliness is what we expect in a vacation rental.

Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, medical facilities and rail transportation. Commute is convenient with easy access to Highways 76 & 78 and Interstates 5 & 15. No smoking. Medium size dog up to 50 lbs. permitted with some restrictions. Please provide your own pet bed and blanket(s).

We had a great one term stay at Rita and Roger’s place. They were very accommodating at check in and with questions we had as we got settled. As described, the neighborhood was peaceful. I highly recommend their place—Rita and Roger are terrific hosts.

Great, clean and quiet and safe location. Loved our stay with our little dog.

Enjoyed our 2 month stay with our little dog. The area is quiet and feels very safe. Great location, close to all amenities. Great Hosts, Check out the Oceanside Night Market if you have a chance. Highly recommended!

Summer Vacation

We spent two months at the house in Oceanside. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The house is close to the beach, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, etc… We enjoyed our stay…Thanks again!

Great quiet comfortable

Great location, the neighborhood folks are very friendly. The property is peaceful, with a backyard oasis which can be enjoyed either during the day or evening. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking, baking or just heating up food. Completely enjoyed my stay.

It was convenient location and was easy access the highway 78 and the rest of San Diego county.

It was a quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The heat system worked extremely fast. The location worked well to access the rest of the county.

Rita was responsive from the start and throughout. The location is perfect and near so much. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place itself was cute and clean and had everything you would need. I was there for 43 days and it honestly felt like home. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Home away from home

We are relocating to California and needed a comfortable home away from home while we searched for a permanent location. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay with plenty of storage space. Our hosts Rita and Roger were extremely response to our inquiries. The location was great. Just a quick drive to the beach.

Delightful home in quiet neighborhood!

This home had everything one could ask for. It was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had a lovely yard with comfy seating! It is close to all the major roadways, without hearing road noise. In fact, it was incredibly quiet and very peaceful. Rita and Roger were wonderful hosts and met us to walk through the home at check in. And the neighborhood was very dog-friendly with wide streets and low traffic, for walking the pups! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best experience yet

This property was put together with such care and thoughtfulness for the renter. The owners supplied all kinds of kitchen needs: tinfoil, sharp knives, paper plates and cups. Everything I needed including plenty of trash bags, toilet paper. Not all owners are so generous by far! Plus they were very kind and communicative. They met me when I arrived and Roger helped me cart all my belongings into the house.. what a treat! The neighborhood is safe and adorable and people are friendly. The location is convenient to all your needs: groceries, gas, restaurants etc .. all just a short drive away. I had a wonderful time at this rental and give it a very high rating. Thanks Rita and Roger!!

Exceeded My Exxpectations

This rental exceeded my expectations. I stayed there for two and a half months this past summer. It feels like a home rather than a “rental house.” The furnishings, including the beds, are highly upgraded and comfortable. I have never been in a rental that had everything and anything one would want, from a fully equipped kitchen, cleaning products to extra lightbulbs,batteries and writing materials. I joked with Rita, “I haven’t seen a wooden clothespin in 60 years.” The home is immaculate. I never saw a bit of dust or sticky cabinet doors. There is a beautiful, private enclosed back yard of breathtaking flowers and succulents. This is an ideal location, near everything yet the neighbourhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. Rita and Roger were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They definitely meet your highest level of consideration, “excellent.”

Rita and Roger were very warm and welcoming and house was spotless. Rita was easy to reach by text and very responsive. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beaches. I also found the neighborhood to be safe and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Great Attention Detail, Super Clean, Convenient Location

Thoughtful and attentive owners have thought of everything here, well equipped with newer furnishings etc. Had all the things I needed for my 45 day stay. Private single car garage with washer/dryer and small private back yard. Close to stores, dining and fwy. Quiet single story 55+ community, always felt safe and secure.
