Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, including coffee machine,dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/range, microwave, & refrigerator with built in water filter. All the cooking utensils you could need!
Recessed lighting throughout, 2 flat screen HDTV's, and tastefully decorated in coastal decor.
1 parking space and plenty of street parking.
Quaint courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the adirondack chair or on the side patio to catch some sun, BBQ and eat al fresco.

Unit was clean, nicely furnished with comfortable queen size bed and linens. We like to prepare most of our own meals and would have appreciated better pots/pans and sufficent flatware. With two occupied units above us noise was not a factor. Our pet especiallly enjoyed her morning and evening walks in the lovely residential area and alongside the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Spacious bungalow

The bungalow is adorable and were thankful that it was spacious, had a full kitchen and laundry. The beach closest to the bungalow is not really usable but beautiful. Just plan to walk 10-15 minutes or attempt parking downtown. I would definitely stay here again, it was very nice.

We loved our stay in Oceanside! The cottage was super clean, very comfortable and the best part, it was close to the beach! I would definitely would stay here again.

Cottage was nice and updated. Beach is rocky and the strand beach is like cement. Cottage had no privacy. Patio was shared by 3 other cottages so people were always outside our door bbqing and sitting in front of our door.

Great time! Walked absolutely everywhere. Lots to do and close to the train station. A bottom floor condo with neighbors above.Be prepared for foot noise. Didn’t bother us since we were enjoying Oceanside all day.

This property is just a block from the beach and within walking distance to the shops, restaurant and pier at Oceanside. Clean and comfortable, this unit provides a great base for a beach vacation.

We are local residents. I grew up here in Oceanside and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

Why they chose this property

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who lived there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the entire building into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! While the place is adorable, completely renovated and a lot of heart and soul put into it...it is also perfectly located in the heart of the Oceanside Beach neighborhood.
