Oceanfront Getaway – Snorkel, Fish, Explore Belize
With the warm Caribbean breeze, breathtaking views of the endless reef, you've reached paradise.
The condo is secluded, located just south of town in a 10 unit boutique complex. Approximately 2.5 miles south of San Pedro town or a short golf cart or bicycle ride away. You also have access to two restaurants and a convenience store within the block.
The expansive living room has a cathedral ceiling, which gives an open, airy, spacious feeling. The unobstructed ocean view from our top floor unit is unparalleled.
The kitchen is fully equipped and completely remodeled with granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances and full-sized refrigerator.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds, the master has it's own en-suite for added comfort.
You will enjoy some relaxing time on the balcony, listening to the songbirds, enjoying the ocean breezes and taking in the spectacular views.
At the end of your dock is a thatch-covered palapa, shading you from the Caribbean sun, it is also a perfect place to swim in the crystal clear Caribbean.
You will see wildlife from the dock such as rays, various fish, sea birds, and occasionally a dolphin or two.
The pier is also the perfect place to arrange pickup for tours and excursions to the majestic Belize Barrier Reef just miles offshore.
