The house was great for a larger group. I loved the fact that the property had Shampoo/Conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms, lately that’s hard to find in rentals. Communication was super easy and Tracey was very responsive with instructions and recommendations.

This property was excellent for a family get-together for Neptune Festival. The weather didn’t cooperate for a beautiful beach day, but we still had a great time playing cards in the house and walking on the beach for a bit. Tracey was an excellent host and we can’t wait to return when we can stay longer than 2 nights. Bonus: The elevator made it so easy to bring food up to cook a meal at the house. Note: The 4th bedroom is in the upstairs loft/card table area, so there is no bedroom door. Put your late to bed/early to rise guests there!

This property is just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. The property is ideal for larger groups with ample sleeping accommodations to choose from. The main gathering space is very comfortable with views to the nearby amusement park and beach. Having an elevator in unit is a plus for traversing the three levels. The host was lovely to communicate with. The home as a whole was clean and decorated beautifully.

Super great location, great place to stay. I’ve come to VA Beach many times but this is the first time I went with a group of friends, we stayed here and it was amazing! Great location, right next to the fair, a block away from the beach, it had so many rooms and each one with a bathroom, it was great! Tracey was super nice too and was quick to respond with any questions we had. There’s a 7-11 right across the street which made it easy to get ice for our coolers and water!

We had a fantastic weekend stay for my son’s college graduation! The elevator was a life saver for my elderly parents and in-laws. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Only thing is beach noise from the surrounding businesses is loud until midnight but did not bother us at all and is to be somewhat expected given the excellent location.

Wow Tracey took such good care of us! The place was lovely and I've never had a more responsive host. Would definitely come back here or recommend to others. It's right off Pacific, so we walked everywhere the whole weekend, but it was peaceful and quiet in the house. Perfect!

The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in for 4 nights out of the 7. Beach is accessible and the chairs and the cart to haul all of our stuff to the beach. Great stay.

I’ve stayed at Virginia Beach many times and this place has been the best one I’ve stayed at. We had a blast and we were in walking distance to everything. The host was best of the best and very on top of everything. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. Also the shuffleboard was addicting and the balcony view is unmatched!
