The cutest cottage

Awesome Beach House Central to everything

We had an amazing stay at the owners family home! Plenty of room and amenities for a family of 5. 10 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Wrightsville beach you really can't beat it. There are several grocery stores close by and the neighborhood was perfect.

We stayed here for UNCW orientation. Great close location to campus. House was very clean. Close distance to beach and downtown. Owners were very responsive and nice!

Cozy Stay in Wilmington

The property is a lot of fun and the layout of the home is great for hanging out in. We came as a family of 5 and everyone had plenty of space to sleep and play! The location of the property is great as well, you're pretty much 10-15 minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in Wilmington (beach, downtown, etc)

Great for families with kids

I rented this property for family visiting me. It was a great property for a family with young kids. The kids enjoyed playing in the big backyard, picking blueberries, and sleeping in the bunk beds. The available travel crib came in handy for the infant, and the master bedroom closet was big enough to set up the crib in the closet. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off after the beach. The central location in Wilmington made it easy to travel to the beach as well as downtown in a short drive. Ana responded quickly to any questions I had.

Great proximity to UNCW

It is about 1-1/2 miles from UNCW - which was perfect since we were visiting our son. The house was clean and had all the necessities! The backyard/deck was great to sit out and enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee and with the backyard lights, it was pretty sit outside at night!

Time well spent away...

Well it started off somewhat rocky. Being upon are arrival the air conditioning wasn't working. Owning a fairly older home ourselves. We are well awary that this things happen..But affter contacting the owner she was able to her " A/C guy" out that same evening and make the repairs required for my family to enjoy the rest of our evening. We had some reservations about living room furniture, but other wise the home was as advertised. The rooms were very spacious. Enough that my teenage daughters weren't easily aggervated by my presence. Adequate sleeping arrangements, the house rules very laid out, not a bunch of unnecessary language.Really enjoyed the large back yard as what we are accustomed to with our home as well. Super convenient to the locations we intended to visit, the beaches, eateries, ect. Thanks for the stay. And yes we would stay again.

Nice, bright, open house

We enjoyed this property and found it to be very cute and comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood 10 mins from the nearest beach. The back yard is large and surrounded by a privacy fence. There is a nice deck and lights are strung up in the back yard for nice evening lighting. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Did not need to contact the host for anything, but she did text me on our first full day to make sure check in had gone smoothly and that we were all settled in. Would absolutely stay here again!
