Beautiful house w lots of open areas, great kitchen and family rooms to have a large group, let alone the balcony and rooftop sitting area to view the ocean. I could go on and on just about the bedrooms and other living area on ground floor w pool table; great for a large family reunion or friends! The best Ive ever found for my 5 college girlfriends and we’ve done yearly reunions for over 40 yrs!

Great house for a family

The layout of the house is really great. And it is close to the beach access. Also this was probably the cleanest beach house we have ever rented.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Great location and house! So much room, even though we had 11 girls we all felt we had more than enough space. Quick walk to the beach or to the downtown restaurants and bars.

Wow! What an incredible experience! Clean, comfortable, and steps from the beach. Our mixed group of senior citizens and younger adults had an absolute blast at this beautiful ocean view property. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for our four day getaway. The elevator was a game changer for our senior citizens who had concerns about navigating the stairs. Comfortable beds, enough parking for our two sprinter vans, and a kitchen stocked with enough dishes to serve a small army, this home checks almost every box on anyone's list. We spent the majority of our time on the third floor, the covered porch, and the rooftop deck. My words won't do it justice. You'll have to experience it for yourselves. Just incredible! Our group of ten had more than enough room to spread out and just relax. My only recommendation would be to provide a smart tv on each floor and/or in the bedrooms. Our senior citizens would have loved to have that. Other than that, from the pool table on the first floor to the gorgeous views on the rooftop deck, this home is amazing! We'll definitely be back.

A perfect weekend.

We stayed at the house to enjoy the house and celebrate our lifelong friendship. At a group of almost 40 something professional women this house was perfect. Everything we needed. Enough personal space to feel comfortable and the perfect gathering areas to sit and talk. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We already plan on returning at a future date.
