About the host
Hosted by Kristen
We are a mom and daughter duo, who are 4th generation owners of the house. We enjoy traveling, and spending time with our family.
Why they chose this property
This house is very spacious with a great view of the lake to wake up to every morning. We have plenty of parking space for boats and large groups. You can walk down to the lake on the property across the street (which we own) and fish or swim. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The N is great for a relaxing family vacation or for a group in a fishing tournament. We are located close the Marina so if you don't bring a boat with you, you can always rent one and spend the day on the lake.
What makes this property unique
The Nuckolls N Lake House was built in the 1950s as a small lake cottage. It was sold to A.D. & Emogene Nuckolls in 1983, they rebuilt the house to the structure it is today. We are still in the process of updating it. We are fourth generation in the house and will hopefully continue to pass it down as the years go on. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house with a view you gotta see to believe, you can enjoy waking up to the view of the lake from the master bedroom. The sunroom is a great hangout spot for the whole group from a dart board to board games we have it all, or if you prefer the outdoors then throw some meat and veggies on the grill and sit on our outdoor porch and watch the boats go by.
