Very nice. Quick phone call and door was unlocked 15 minutes early for a restroom break after a long car ride. Clean. Smelled nice. Loved the decor.

The house definitely needs some work upstair floor in the living room has definite wear. The master bathroom gave us some problems while we was there, the sink leaked our first night when we contacted the host the leak was addressed and fixed the next day but felt kinda ignore on the issue of there was mold in the vanity where they was putting our clean towels. The shower in the bathroom has a massive crack in that looks like they have just tried to put caulking over it. We were told before check in the washer was broken during our stay and not to use it! I feel like there was not enough towels left since we had a 3 day stay and couldn’t wash towels. The downstairs is marketed as a game room area. It’s okay, being a downstairs it’s has floored at some point there was water damage on all the baseboards and doors that was very noticeable some more noticeable in the corners where it looked like more possibly more mold. The floor downstairs was not clean when we got there, other peoples hair was all over the floor and took us forever to find the broom. We stayed 3 nights and was left 5 trash bags for 2 trash cans. Exactly 3 pods for the dishwasher. Doesn’t look quite like the pictures anymore obvious wear on the outside and inside of the house. The mold/ water damage is very unsettling. Not enough towels or trash bags left for the stay. Was not happy with our stay definitely not for the price.
The house was perfect for our annual famiky get together and was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was accommodating with our check in time and very professional.
Traveled to Arkansas from Iowa. Hard to find in the dark but owner very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the lower level a lot the stay was very easy and relaxing.
Excellent property just off the beaten path with convenient access to Bull Shoals lake or the White river close by. Beautiful lake views. The house is newly renovated with room for large family or group of friends. Excellent host!! We will be back for sure!
This cabin suited the needs of our fishing party perfectly. It is located within easy access to Bull Shoals lake and the White River. There was plenty of parking for both cars and boat trailers. The 5 bedrooms meant everyone had a comfortable place to sleep after a hard day of fishing. We especially liked the back deck where we could watch the sunset and tell our fish tales each evening. House is a tiny bit dated but still fit our need perfectly.
Our biggest concern was the open stairwell. Everything else was awesome. Side note, we captured and released several cicada killer wasps in the kitchen, and a couple of deck boards are pulling up.
The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable. There were lots of games, activities for families to enjoy. We had a group of 8 friends, and all of us really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the owners fix the solar lights on the stairs off the back deck. They didn't work which made going up and down them at night a little unsafe. Also, at the bottom of those stairs, there are some construction blocks used as a step that are loose and unsafe. I would fix that as well. Other than those couple of items, the house was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Our first night was great, plenty of room for 12 and the kids loved the playroom! The next day after floating the Buffalo everyone took showers, we used the dishwasher and then it happened... the sewer backed up in the basement bathroom! Being that it was 9PM, we made the decision to move everyone upstairs to sleep wherever we could and check out early. Note: there are signs of previous sewer/water/flooding damage downstairs. A claim was filed on my insurance for something that I feel was already a known issue!!
We have a small family group of about 5 couples and we go on a lot of small trips. This house was perfect size for us all to have our own bedroom space. Really enjoyed eating breakfast/coffee on back porch! Had a beautiful view out back of the fall colors! Definitely enjoyed your stay that was well equipped with everything we needed!!
This home had everything we needed for our group. It was clean and exactly as described. We would book again in a heart beat. We had wonderful communication with the owners prior to arriving.
Sonya was very good about communication and welcoming us to her home through messages and phone call. The home was very suitable for our large family with plenty to do in the home. Everyone seemed to have a really good time!
