This immaculate 2.5-room maisonette apartment is lovingly furnished and spread over two floors. With two double beds and 84 mÂČ of living space, it offers ample room for up to four people.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area, complemented by two large balconies offering breathtaking views of the Weißensberger Weiher, the adjacent peaceful nature reserve, and the impressive Austrian Alps.

Fantastic location to see southwest Germany

My wife stayed at this location for 9 days. What a fantastic place, very clean, and quiet. The back porch overlooks a peaceful lake with swans and ducks floating around. This location is very close to the beautiful town of Lindau. Only an hour drive away from Neuschwanstein castle as well. We will be back again. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Germany.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. mal in der Ferienwohnung und es war wieder perfekt und unkompliziert. Alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der GetrĂ€nkemarkt hat uns ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil er hatte bei unserer Ankunft wegen Feiertag geschlossen und wir finden es toll schnell GetrĂ€nke holen zu können.

Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge zum Bodensee. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber angesichts des Preises in Ordnung. Die unmittelbare Umgebung wirkt nicht unbedingt einladend, aber uns hat’s nicht gestört. Leider mussten wir aus familiĂ€ren GrĂŒnden bereits am Vorabend abreisen. Ich hoffe, die nicht mehr ausgerĂ€umte SpĂŒlmaschine wird uns verziehen. Alles in Allem: Wir wĂŒrden nochmals buchen. Allein schon wegen des tollen Blicks auf den Weiher.

Alles hat bestens gepasst. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Weiher. Der GetrĂ€nkemarkt in Erdgeschoss fand wir sehr schön. Wunderbares Angebot und eine sehr nette Betreiberin. In der Wohnung fehlt‘s an nichts,man zwei Balkone. Sehr schön
und da wir nicht das beste Wetter hatten, gefiel auch das die Heizung ordentlich lief

Schöne Zeit am Weiher

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, war wie in der Beschreibung.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war bestens.Nach dem Defekt der SpĂŒlmaschine wurde schnellstmöglich fĂŒr Ersatz gesorgt.Unsere FahrrĂ€der konnten wir in einem Überdachten und Abgeschlossenen Bereich des Gartens abstellen.Die Frösche im Weiher sind uns sehr ans Herz Gewachsen.Wir haben die Zeit am Weiher sehr genossen

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung mit 2 Etagen ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gerÀumig und hell. Der Blick auf den Weiher,sowohl vom Balkon, als auch von der oberen Etage aus,war schon sehr besonders.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.In Weissensberg selbst ist die Anhöhe mit der kleinen Kapelle lohnenswert. Von dort oben ist der Blick sensationell.

Sehr schön

Wir waren nur drei NĂ€chte in der Wohnung, aber können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Der Zugang ist wie beschrieben etwas merkwĂŒrdig mit den vielen GetrĂ€nkekisten vom GetrĂ€nkemarkt, aber in der Wohnung bekommt man davon nichts mehr mit. Der Vorteil ist, dass man dort direkt getrĂ€nke bekommt. Supermarkt in der NĂ€he. Leider kein Cafe im Ort oder wir haben keines gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und im Bezug auf die Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Auch die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgerĂŒstet. FĂŒr 4 Personen gut zu bewohnen.

Ferienwohnung mit zwei Seiten

Unser Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung hatte zwei Seiten. Auf der einen Seite eine schöne Ferienwohnung, nach hinten heraus mit prima Blick auf den Weiher. Auch die Betreuung und Kommunikation war absolut in Ordnung. Auf der anderen Seite aber ein eher chaotischer Zugang durch einen auf der Vorderseite vorhandenen GetrÀnkemarkt. Der Zugang wurde durch ungeordnete GetrÀnkekisten (Leergut) erschwert, die wahllos herum standen, erst recht im Dunkelen, da die Beleuchtung vom Parkplatz bis zur Treppe nicht funktioniert hat. Die lautstarke Belieferung des GetrÀnkemarktes durch LKW ab 8 Uhr war auch nicht gerade angenehm. Das war nicht nur unangenehm sondern auch sehr schade, da dies den ansonsten guten Gesamteindruck geschmÀlert hat.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft - gerne wieder :)

Leider steht das GebĂ€ude an der Straße leer und wird nicht mehr gepflegt (anderer EigentĂŒmer). Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in dem GebĂ€ude in der 2. Baureihe, direkt am Weiher und ist sehr schön. Bereits wenn die WohnungseingangstĂŒre ins Schloss fĂ€llt beginnt der Urlaub. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Vor allen Dingen der Ausblich vom ĂŒberdachten Balkon auf den Weiher und seine Seebewohner (Naturschutzgebiet) ist atemberaubend schön. Wir liebten es die SonnenaufgĂ€nge ĂŒber der Landschaft zu beobachten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung neben dem Weiher

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön. Zwei Balkone geben eine gute Aussicht in verschiedene Richtungen. Allein die Lage neben der Landstraße und der etwas chaotische GetrĂ€nkemart im Erdgeschoss (GetrĂ€nkekĂ€sten ĂŒberall vor dem Haus) sind gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Wir waren aber gerne da.

Urlaub am Bodensee

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht, und es gab nichts was nicht vorhanden war, inkl. Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine (Hinweis an den Vermieter, ein kleiner Topf zum Eierkochen wĂ€re nĂŒtzlich :-)) Super toller Ausblick auf den Weiher, von der angeblichen MĂŒckenplage keine Spur. Ausgangslage zum Radfahren ideal, in 10 Minuten in Lindau. FĂŒr Golfinteressierte, auch hierfĂŒr ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet , 2 PlĂ€tze in MinutennĂ€he. Das einzig störende fĂŒr uns war in der Tat die Bundesstrasse in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Bei offenem Fenster war der LĂ€rm doch sehr störend, ist aber sicher ermessenssache. Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts auszusetzen und wir können die Wohnung jederzeit fĂŒr einen Familien/Aktivurlaub wĂ€rmstens empfehlen

Schöner aufendhalt.

Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒht und ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Der See hinter dem Haus ist traumhaft. Der GetrĂ€nkeladen war okey weil er nicht Ă€nderbar ist. Fie wohnung ist schön ind gut eingerichtet.
