LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME - Private Dock - Near Beach

Fantastic opportunity to rent this renovated 3 bedroom waterfront home on Parkers River with private dock including (3) brand new kayaks to use in the backyard. Property was recently updated with central air and a brand new kitchen. Short four minute walk to the beach or take the kayaks over to Lewis Pond or Seagull Beach. Mini golf, restaurants and driving range just down the street. Brand new furniture throughout!
The space
Property has incredible views from both the front and back yard. The composite deck has Polywood furniture and Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. Two bedrooms have king beds (one with en suite bathroom) and one bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk on top and a twin trundle underneath. Kitchen was recently renovated with high end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Property also has a laundry room. Living room has a large 82" LED 4k television and Sonos music system.

Dock is removed late fall until early spring in case of freeze.

Excellent cape get away

Very nice 3 bedroom property. Smart TVs with all streaming available. We were able to kayak right to the near by beach. Nice beach chairs and towels included as well (used when we drove to the beach). Good location. Short drive to cape cod airport and Hyannis port. Would definitively recommend.
