We offer a 130m2 air-conditioned villa with all modern comforts, able to accommodate 8 travelers with its 4 bedrooms, including a master suite (3 beds 160x200 and sofa bed with 1x80 or 2x80). It features a large 55m2 living room opening onto a 40m2 outdoor terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Two bathrooms and two WCs.
It boasts panoramic views of Mont Ventoux, the vineyards and the Château de Saint Victor La Coste. Situated in an authentic Gardoise village on the edge of a picturesque hamlet with a listed wash-house. Small shops nearby (bakery, mini-market, petrol station, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.).
Ideally located 20 minutes from Avignon, Uzès, the Pont du Gard and 30 minutes from Nîmes. Gorges de l'Ardèche and Anduze 1h away. Close to the Camargue and Cévennes.
Marseille and Montpellier airports 1h15 away.

Gîte spacieux, propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Literie très confortable, chauffage efficace, tout est bien pensé pour passer un bon séjour. De plein pieds ce Gîte à été idéal pour nos parents d un grand âge. Nous étions plusieurs générations chacun à été enchanté de ce Gîte. Nous avons passés un Noël formidable. We hebben met z'n zevenen erg genoten van dit heerlijke huis. We hadden ruim voldoende ruimte en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad en de mooie omgeving maakte de heerlijke vakantie compleet.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison dans les vignes pour de multiples raisons : elle est particulièrement confortable et bien située . Il y a de jolis villages très proches de St Victor et nous avons pu nous promener dans Avignon et aller voir le pont du Gard . Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wir (Familie)haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe, die Bäder sind mit namenhaften Herstellern ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt.
