You could hardly spend your holiday closer to the water than here in this high-quality holiday apartment in OstseeResort Olpenitz. The south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the marina is built on stilts directly over the water, so you can enjoy the sun all day long while gazing out over the sailing boats and waves. The small sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is only a few metres away and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach down to Schönhagen is not far either.



The holiday apartment is lovingly furnished: the rustic yet modern tables in driftwood design convey a special maritime flair, the decoration is carefully selected and completely in tune with the landscape characterised by the water. The cosy sofa corner is the perfect place to relax. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the bright living and dining area also overlooks the marina. As a special highlight, pure relaxation awaits you in your private infrared cabin and, of course, the beautiful bathtub. Is there anything better than loosening up tired muscles in the cosy warmth after a long day by the sea?



The apartment is also suitable for people with limited mobility thanks to the threshold-free entrance and the slightly higher toilet.

Sehr schöne große helle Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, schöne Gegend mit vielen Radwegen.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick. Den Whirlpool würde ich nicht benutzen. Da kamen braune Klumpen raus als wir ihn anschalteten. Ekelig!

Perfekter Kurzurlaub!

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage ein Traum! Im Hochsommer wird sie wahrscheinlich ganz schön heiß! Wir hatten im September noch 2 Tage mit fast 28 Grad, da ging die Wärme kaum aus der Wohnung!Ausstattung perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Traumhafter Herbsturlaub

Dieses Objekt wurde kurzfristig zum 2. mal gebucht. Leider ließ diesmal die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, wurde direkt vor Ort bemängelt und schriftlich festgehalten. Mit wenigen Handgriffen wurde die Reinigung von uns vorgenommen; hätte jedoch auch von der Agentur vorgenommen werden können. Im übrigen ist dieses Objekt grundsätzlich weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klasse und die Baustellen auf dem Gelände alle weit weg. Etwas schade fand ich, dass die Gartenmöbel fest auf der Terrasse angeschraubt sind. So ist man etwas unflexibel in der Nutzung. Das kann den Gesamteindruck aber nicht trüben. Ich wollte eine Woche Ruhe haben und habe das auch bekommen. Den fünften Stern gibt, es wenn die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände im Laufe des Jahres fertiggestellt sind.
