Welcome to the beautiful Oasis resort in a quiet corner of Palm Springs! Our condo is a short drive from downtown Palm Springs as well as many stores and restaurants. The condo is on the first floor and includes a garage, front patio, and rear patio with a grill. The common areas of the resort include 8 pools and 9 hot tubs for your enjoyment and the nearest pool is just behind the rear patio across the lawn!
The condo is fully furnished. Both bedrooms have a king bed and both bathrooms have beautifully updated showers. The kitchen includes all the necessities, a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and a good amount of counter space. There is garage will park 1 car and includes washer and dryer.
The condo also includes plenty of towels for shower and poolside use, hand and dish soap, and laundry detergent. Please note we do not provide shower and bath products - please bring your own grooming supplies.
The locked closets in master bedroom and garage are owner’s personal property/ for owner’s personal use and we appreciate you respecting our stuff. The master and guest bedrooms have some closet space for guest use, but may also contain owner's supplies.
Standing desk in living space (no picture, but it is located to the right of the glass foyer table).
The owners do updates to various elements in the condo from time to time which may alter the decor/look. Supplies/appliances may also vary over time as items break or get replaced. Photos are exemplary as of the time they were taken only. If you have particular needs or questions please inquire prior to booking.
Per Palm Springs requirements, max occupancy during the day is 8 people and max occupancy of 4 people overnight (additional 2 children under 12 ok).
There is no baby equipment provided with the condo.

This condo was the perfect location between the airport and downtown Palm Springs. The pools were never busy as there is so many on the property! If I ever come back, I would absolutely stay here again.
The condo was excellent for our needs and the access to the pool and hot tub was perfect. Having the ability to park in the garage was great and give us extra security for items left in the car. The location of the property was perfect, we were central to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again.
Easy to communicate with. Great location, quick travel times to what we came to do. BBQ did not produce enough heat to cook hamburgers that we purchased. Overall great place and we would use it again.
I rented the unit for my family, not myself - most meals eaten in different unit, but my daughter/son-in-law expressed total satisfaction and were confortable together with their two young daughters. Thank you!

we were in town for work and the house was perfect for our group of 4. the pools and hot tub is near by and was amazing to dip in before we headed out for our work days.
the space had everything we needed for our short work weekend. highly recommend for similar trips.
We stayed here for 5 nights. It's immaculately clean, spacious, light and very comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we've ever had!! We loved the private back patio and being able to walk 20 feet to the quiet pool and hot tub. This is a beautiful place to stay in Palm Springs.

The property grounds are nice with plenty of pools. The unit was merely adequate. Dead bugs on window sills, kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials, ice maker dispenser did not work. We had to purchase batteries for a number of the remotes as they only 2 extra batteries were in the unit. Nothing that would result in ruining ones vacation but the entire unit needs updating. The outside seating area was covered with fallen leaves ands flowers, it was finally cleaned on day 22 or our 28 day stay.

We keep a large stock of batteries in the TV console.
There are a lot of lush grounds surrounding the house so we have 2 pest control services for regular preventative pest treatment. This might result in some bugs showing up. We are happy to send the cleaners if a guest lets us know of an issue.
We also have a professional cleaning service clean after every guest stay and a separate inspection service inspect before and after each stay to ensure cleanliness.
I believe you are referring to the patio in your review about the cleaning. The cleaners clean the patios after each guest. There is daily leaf fall given the large amount of trees. The patios are maintained by the HOA and their gardeners handle leaf blowing on their schedule, which we cannot control. We’re happy to assist when guests notify us of issues.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with various utensils, dishes, pots, pans, cookware, BBQ utensils/plates, coffee maker, blender, toaster, glasses and mugs, and paper towels. We do not supply more personal/non-washable consumables, such as spices, oils, and wraps/foils for hygiene reasons and these tend to be more items of personal preference. The ice maker works, but the dispenser was previously broken and no replacement part is available so we open the door to access the ice.

The property itself is very nice, the pools are many and usually not overally crowded or noisy. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful. My only complaint was my car was broken into and items including my golf clubs were taken. I was under the impression that being a gated community my car being broken into would not be a concern. When I reported it to the property manager he told me the same thing had happened the previous week. Maybe renters should be told that theft is an issue.
The owner of the property was responsive and did what she could do.

Thanks for staying with us and sorry you had to deal with that! This is the first time I have heard of any car break-ins or incidents on the property. We have personally stayed at the condo at various times of the year for extended periods and have not had any issues. We chose this place because of the quiet, upscale location and the 24/7 security on site. When I inquired with the front desk and manager of the resort right after you messaged me, they both said there had not been any reports of anything like this happening on the grounds. I’m not sure why we received different information, but we do our best to provide all relevant information to our guests. This was an unfortunate circumstance but I’m glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Good location
The location is great, close to grocery stores and easy to reach downtown and the airport. The community and the landscaping is very nice. The unit needs updating and deep cleaning. We saw many ants in the kitchen and bathroom on arrival and throughout our stay. We found two containers of ant control chemicals under the sink so the ant infestation seems to be a persistent problem. We had to keep things in the fridge to avoid ants in cereal and bread. The unit was very dark, especially the bedroom. Both patio areas were shaded, which is probably wonderful in the summer but we were in need of sunshine as it was January. Other units in the same community have sunnier and prettier views.
I would not recommend this unit. The reason is that it is basically run down and needs a big cleaning job!!
There was a hole in the ceiling and walls, the air vents were filthy and there were black cobwebs hanging from the ceilings!! There was a rotten board in the kitchen by the sink as well letting in small ants around the kitchen counters. Very creepy!!
We were happy with the housing complex and the close vicinity to the pool. The beds we’re comfortable.
Overall, we did not feel the owner took care of the place very well. It has great potential, but needs much improvement in order to charge a competitive rental price!!

I’m sorry this was the condition you experienced in the unit and I wish you had contacted me during your stay to let me know of the issues so we could have addressed them during your stay.
This is definitely not the normal condition of the unit and I was quite alarmed and surprised to receive this review! We do professional cleanings promptly after each guest and make sure everything is in order prior to the next check-in. When I saw your review, I had an inspector go over immediately to check on the unit as none of these issues were previously reported.
We discovered some wall and ceiling damage, most significantly from damage from the unprecedented heavy rainfall that hit California recently and likely arose after the roofers and repair people were in to address some previous leakage. Repairs and deep cleaning are being handled immediately. There were no rotten materials found in the unit. There were some ants, which we are taking care of. Unfortunately, we can’t stop the bugs from coming in, but can only exterminate as we see them. The desert is full of insect life and many times they sneak in.

We loved the place. Conveniently located to town and airport. The gated neighborhood was beautifully maintained with flowering plants and palm trees. The pool with hot tub was right outside our patio. The patio was under a pergola so it remained cooler. Loved it and would like to return again.
We found that the location was an easy jumping off spot for everything we wanted to do. The property is well kept and exactly as described. The check in and out process was easy, thanks for sharing your place!!
The place was nice, safe, and clean. The house has the basic necessities. The beds were big. It was a nice place to stay for a short weekend vacation with friends.
