Fourth of July stay.

I have been a repeat guest at this condo many times, and each stay only gets better and better. I love the amenities; the tennis courts and pools are always kept clean. And the proximity to downtown is a huge plus. The home is always kept tidy with books, board games, and a cute basket of snack with a complementary bottle of wine. The little things really make this place like no other. Highly reccomend.

Beautiful pools!

Ruth is an incredible host, quickly answering all my questions. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The pools at the condo are absolutely perfect and I enjoyed my stay.

Great time!

This was a first visit to Palm Springs and loved it! Our condo was extremely comfortable for the four of us. The check in was easy and the welcome basket was so thoughtful! Ruth the owner was lighting fast with communication and the amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, tennis/ pickle ball courts were enjoyed by all!

Hank’s 25 February stay in PS

Fine, but one evening during this stay, I was awakened by loud yelling and swearing! A domestic dispute between 2 men! PS police arrived by phone calls to 911 by neighbors ! Approximately 10 police officers arrived to attempt to appease the situation

Excellent Stay Near Downtown

I had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. It was well stocked with games, the bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly well during the intense heat. I also really enjoyed the neighborhood amenities, especially the pool and tennis courts. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely come back!
