Ryan, we appreciate this review more than you know! Our place is one of the best hidden gems here in Bend Oregon. Everyone that comes to visit almost always returns back! We are just a short 10-15 minute walk to downtown and just steps from the Deschutes river trail which you are also able to take to downtown if you wish (with a few extra minutes added). The amount of restaurants, breweries and bars you have within walking distance is unbeatable for the price in which we offer. We cannot wait to host you again and we are wishing you luck on your next adventure!

Beth, thank you for the 5 star review! I am so glad you found our location to be in a great area. It is such a blessing to be this close to everything Bend! I hope you were able to enjoy the river trail that lines our property, it's a beautiful walk that almost gives you the feeling of not being in town. We apologize about the dishwasher, we are working hard with our owners to get it taken care of. Some things are just out of our control, but we hope you come back and stay with us again! We have several different condos to choose from!

We deeply regret that this situation occurred, as it was completely unexpected and certainly not reflective of the standard of service we strive to provide. Upon being notified of the incident with the glass, our front desk staff immediately took action to ensure your safety, assisting with the cleanup. We also offered an alternative unit to accommodate your needs, which you kindly accepted at that time. However, we understand from your subsequent voicemail that you decided not to continue with your stay, and as a result, we processed a refund for the nights you did not stay with us, based on the changes made to your reservation. We also were in contact with you via phone and email to keep you informed about the matter, including notifying you when our manager would be available to further discuss the situation. We take great pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, and we are genuinely disheartened that your experience fell short of these expectations. Unfortunately, this was a freak accident and there was no way of us being able to tell this would happen. We cannot apologize enough as we truly wish things like this would never happen. We understand your frustration and sincerely hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality service you deserve!

The condo does only have one bed, and the sofa is not a pull-out, which is noted in the listing—but I understand how easy it can be to miss details when planning a trip. I also want to sincerely apologize that no extra bedding or blankets were offered when you reached out. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide! We do appreciate your comments about the supplies provided—we try to stock just enough to get guests started, but we’ll take this as a reminder to make that more clear in our description too. Tai, we are so happy to hear that you've enjoyed your stay with us here at Bend Riverside Rentals! This unit is defiantly spacious for two people to enjoy comfortably without being over crowded. Our housekeeping team does annual inventories to make sure the unit is equipped with the necessities needed during ones stay. However, if you ever find yourself in need of something please give the office a call as we may have an extra on hand that we can run your way! As for the heater, there is actually a mini split in both the living area and bedroom for air conditioning and heating year round. Next time you stay with us we would love to show you how it works that way you do not have to rely on the fireplace for heat (even though its a nice cozy touch of course).
