This was an excellent property to rent for family fun or friends looking to experience the Charlotte area together! I had a graduation dinner for my son during my stay which turned out amazing! I love the open floor plan on the main level and the rooftop provided a different experience all in the same property. Because we have more than two cars I was worried about the parking but the residential Street parking near the property. Location was not a problem at all. The gym downstairs was great but the stairs give you all the work out that you need. I highly recommend this property.

Brian was a very communicative and responsible host. He responded quickly to pre check-in questions, helped with early check-in, and clarified things as we got situated. Property is perfect for a larger group looking to spend a weekend in CLT and value is good if spending substantial time at the house for its amenities. Only thing is that the bulb for the golf simulator was out which was disappointing since it was a major attraction of the house. We checked with Brian a week ahead but the replacement bulb didn’t arrive in time, however he proactively reimbursed us a small amount which was appreciated.

Awesome place

Great place to stay. All kinds of amenities…massage chair, work out equipment, golf simulator, hot tub. TV’s galore! Beautiful home to stay at and the host was super responsive. Would def stay at again.

Great location

Cool property with fun roof top, perfect view of the Charlotte skyline. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the Sonos sound system and nice to have fridge access on the rooftop and a wine fridge. Highly recommend.

Birthday Weekend in the Queen City

My friends and i stayed at this property for a birthday weekend getaway. The property was clean an easy to access. Great location, its downtown within walking distance of most things but still not so close as to be disturbed by the noise. Overall a great stay only downside if theres one the tv setup in the living room was a bit confusing but we didnt watch much tv. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful space

This place is an great spot to go out near the city of Charlotte and just relax. The hot tub was a great feature and the pool table in the living room was fun to have while having others over. The view from the top is great but the trees do get in the way but once the leaves fall I’m sure you can get a clearer view of the city skyline. Overall this place was great and my friends and J enjoyed our stay here

Amazing property at great location

We were conveniently located within 1 mile of the convention center where our conference was being held. It was easy to Uber, walk, or rent an electric scooter to get back and forth. Beautiful property with everything you need for a relaxing time. The hot tub was great. The golf simulator was a fun touch, and the triple climate zone made it all comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful house.

The space was almost perfect for our group, which was there to celebrate several 13th birthdays! The boys especially enjoyed the pool table, the tvs in the living room, and the comfortable couch! The dads enjoyed the golf sim downstairs. We enjoyed every level! There are a couple of opportunities for improvement on the rooftop. Only 1 tv would turn on, but the sound was inaudible even after connecting to surround sound. The instructions mentioned items for the firepit and tv being in a basket upstairs, but nothing was in the basket, including no lighter for the firepit. During the day, we were unable to enjoy the rooftop due to the number of bees and wasps swarming, but they seemed to leave at night. The house was perfectly located, just a short, easy walk to BofA stadium, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive, but we still couldn’t resolve the tv issues on the roof top. The rugs in the upstairs bathroom should be washed prior to each stay (they looked to be overdue). Just a few things could use attention. Overall, a really good experience!

Could be a 10 property again, with some maintenance & cleaning

This property is fantastic. The issues are fixable which will bring property back to 10. The owner was sent 48 photos. He offered a partial refund. 12 days later he is still “thinking it over”. First, we paid BIG $$s per night for 2 nights with rate,fees,taxes. Top dollar!! If we pd 1/2 per night, there would be no issue. 1. The golf simulator protector bulb was burned out. The room it’s in was a mess with dirty cups and a little debris from previous guests. 2. The bedroom door on the 1st floor doesn’t latch closed. 3. 6 guests, 3 usable coffee cups, dirty pans in cabinets, messy disorganized drawers, a dish cloth, no dish towels in the gourmet kitchen. 4. Half bath, door handle ready to fall off, toilet paper holder did fall off. We repaired it. 5. Sliding door very hard to open. Needs maintenance. 6. Bedroom w/2 queen beds, 1 bed frame broken and the box spring sits on the floor. 7. Pictures show a baby grand piano, not there. 8. Remotes everywhere but all don’t have batteries. 9. Rooftop firepit door doesn’t close, stays wide open. Must be propped closed or held with your foot. Weeds growing on rooftop patio. 10. We, 6people, older,not young adults, reported everything to help the owner and to say, your property is NOT pristine and photos need updating. He offered a partial refund but hasn’t to date. He offered to send cleaning crew. I wanted him to come. He didn’t. I was on vacation. I was not being paid to show cleaners what to repair & clean

Overall the place worked great for our family. Good location for our needs. Spacious main floor. The biggest issue we had was the listing shows 2 king beds but there was only 1 king. We rented this based on the beds listed. The parking is very limited and we had 3 cars/trucks so we had to park 1 of them offsite. Brian was very responsive on any other questions or small issues.
