About this property

Historic 2-Bedroom Cloverdale Cottage

This cozy, bright, and lovingly maintained 1600 square feet cottage is located in the heart of Cloverdale district. It's family-friendly, has AC, and is well-equipped for a brief or a longer stay. Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, office, deck, large front porch, 2 full baths and laundry. There is free parking on the street and a driveway for smaller cars.

We provide most essentials for a comfortable stay. The house offers enough space to both socialize and have privacy. The house has wifi, and a TV with Roku (no cable TV). We have all the standard kitchen appliances, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer.

We welcome families with children. The house is generally very safe but not specifically "child-proof" so children's safety is solely the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Walk to a restaurant or whip up a meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Curl up on the couch for a movie night, or take a walk to the close by park.

The kitchen has a full fridge, a gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave, and other standard appliances. Cookware and dinnerware are provided and you're welcome to use our oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar are also included with your stay. Enjoy!

Hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and towels are provided.

ASU Graduation Stay - Love this place!

This is our second stay here - we absolutely love the house, it's historic charm inside and out. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking or sitting on the porch and enjoying. The hosts are very fast to respond and helpful.

Hosts were very responsive and supportive. We are walkers and enjoyed walking to sites in Montgomery we wanted to see. House is spacious and has all that you need.

Gracious cottage

Nicely appointed cottage in a lovely old neighborhood. We were in town for monsoon, and the deep front porch was perfect for watching the rain. We enjoyed meeting the many folks walking by with their dogs.

Property is a well kept, in the beautiful historical Cloverdale historical district, convenient to downtown Montgomery and close to great restaurants. Josh, our host, was very accessible and provided (when asked) a number of recommendations. Definitely, a 5 star rating...

Happy in Historical Cottage

LOVED this happy space! Well-maintained, beautiful, historical home. Lovely, thoughtful details throughout each cozy room. Very clean -- we even felt comfortable with our 7 month old crawling around on the gorgeous hardwood floors. Plenty of space for our group; good dining areas, as well as gathering/sitting areas. If back in Montgomery, this will be our go-to spot!!

Enjoyed the stay!

Check in was easy and the hosts answered any questions we had. It’s a cute little house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed sitting on the porches in the afternoons/evenings. The back porch could use a few new boards and paint but it was a great space to hang out and play games. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montgomery.
